Public Position Of Recovering

A blur…. a simple word, a word that has been used throughout time. Among the other thousands of words to describe something that involves a form of explanation of the subject at hand. Or in this case for an unknown amount of time, partially describe a young man. Or better yet to partially describe a young man's vision as he regains sight as well as his hearing. The young man's eyes slowly open with the reward of a slight hint of light receiving him. His ears picked up on sounds that he didn't and wouldn't understand for at least some time. The sounds were inaudible to him after the blur that had taken over the young man eye's and ears had first taken over his mind, and only after would his mind regain the strength needed after a couple of seconds for it to overwhelm the blur and inaudible sounds. Once that happened, the man's eyes fully opened.

Jasper Candos needed a couple of blinks in order before he saw the ceiling in front of his head's direction. He wondered if he had died for at least a few minutes until he realized that the fast-paced breathing he was hearing was his own. He slowly got up from laying down and was fortunate to realize that he knew where he was. The Hall of Healing or more precisely, one of the Patient Rooms is located at the Med-Surg Unit. When he first to the Jedi Temple he made it a priority and a necessity to learn what the temple had to offer and the different locations there were. Once Jasper knew where he was his breathing slowed down as he took the next couple of minutes to ask himself what happened to him before being in the position he is in now.

The rests halls had been rebuilt in ways... much of it had been. They used many of the techniques that they had used for restoring the other jedi temples... and after the attack a restructuring had come. Many were lost or missing... more couldn't be accounted for so... it wasn't a takeover but with only a handful of jedi masters.... she had been appointed after aiding in the defense and recovery efforts. The jedi master herself had wondered about it but she had set about to rebuild what she could.. the first thing was rebuilding the rest itself... this one was larger and improved in many ways with the halls of healing, lecture halls and chambers designed to house many. THeir longterm patient care ward was important as some jedi who had been injured just weren't waking up but they could use what was there in the temple as it was rebuilt to try and heal them.

She received the information that someone had awoken.. their vitals and mental readings changing enough that the medical equipment was there. The temple itself alerting it to her in the office chamber that she had built up. Above the swirling galaxy map that could be used with the system that they were using to send teams to investigate. THe grandmaster was walking and the temple shifted for her as she went... moving through as the temple guards stood at attention and their robes gleamed. Silvery white with saber son their hip. Her personal guards she had trained augmenting them as the black armored Ta-Ree jedi were walking with her and they had developed much more for themselves. The Vashton moved back into the temple and the jedi seekers were hunters of darksiders but not entirely shadows.... the jedi shadows were in disagreements with silver shadows.

The doctors who were there with her improving many of the odds that she could see... they were a mixture of jedi healers, medics and doctors from around the order and ones who were working on the techniques that they were practicing with force healing but also matter manipulation through art of the small. SHe kept through the hall and stood outside of the ward as the doors opened and decontamination cycles started for them. They would be able to handle a few more things where the jedi master could see and she looked at the information coming to her interface to update her within the ward. She moved through the pathways between beds that were setup with capsules to heal and protect the occupants. There were more jedi there and around then she would have liked but chance was here.

Memories were his first source of possible answers that Jasper thought of. The same memories that the young man had that he created ever since he was given life into this world and the same memories that he had hoped he could rely on in allowing him to understand the causes and situations that befell him and led up to his current position and condition. It didn't assist him immediately, but after some time, he had a vague set of memories that he couldn't put together. He felt a sense of relief upon remembering his name and childhood, however, and knew why he came to the planet he is currently on. Realizing that he wasn't going to get the answers he sought, which caused some sadness and disappointment to the young man as shown on his face, he attempted to get out of bed before he heard different sounds that were around him. But one of the distinct sounds in his mind was a person talking that was directed to him.

Turning his over to the source of the sound quickly, as if he was making sure he was prepared to understand what was going to happen next. His eyes looked over to Matsu Ike , who asked him a question that took some time for him to comprehend. He felt the cover that was nearby to feel the texture then proceeded to touch his chest, and in a few seconds felt the pulses of his heart beating in quick succession. During this action, he felt an itch in his eyes indicating that they were dry, and in response, he rubbed them after closing them with his dominant hand. "I ask for a minute please." He requested the lady near him.

Opening his eyes after a minute He decided to give a short but effective answer.

"I am okay….I think..." He said, looking over to the woman when he give his answer. His tone was near-silent with a hint of confusion. "What were the events that led to me being here?"

"Quite a lot." She said it and bowed taking a seat while pouring some water for him. "And where should one start... ah there was a celebration, a ceremony for the refounding of the silver jedi that was being held. A large parade and gathering. We sent a team to investigate when a wookiee village seemingly disappeared and someone asked us to check on them. The team did and found something but then there was an explosion.. that ripped across areas of the planet and struck the rest. It caused structural damage that led to much of the rest collapsing and we tried to get everyone out... it didn't completely succeed. Many were lost and injured some not waking up and a large amount survived thankfully. Since then we have been rebuilding both the rest and the order under the new council."

Matsu Ike

The different possibilities were swirling in his mind before and after he asked his question to Ike but soon a blank stare was all Jasper showed as he took in each word that was said by the Jedi after hearing the first three words from the woman's mouth. He didn't want to believe that the explosion that caused many lives to be affected happened immediately. He wanted to know more about the explosion, what caused it to happen? Was it a terrorist attack by the Sith? Why didn't the higher members of the SJO see it coming?

"This explosion..." His voice drifted off, "What can you tell me about it? Why didn't the Knights and Master of the Silver Order see this coming?" He inquired as his voice went almost fast-paced. There were other questions that he felt needed to be answered. Questions involving how the Jedi will handle the incident that will affect him but he felt he needed to know the causes of the explosion out of some sort of Solace for himself. Like he can better know how to deal with something like this again if it ever happens. He didn't like this uncertainly of his future at the SJO and started to create thoughts on what could happen to him now.

"What is the plan going forward?" He didn't look at Ike when he asked the previous question as he was still processing what he was told but a sense of worry could be seen on his face. A sense that he didn't want to show but his instincts took over his mind. Something he dreaded when that happen.

"The area was tainted with the darkside of the force but so is much of the shadowlands because of the dangerous creatures. I cannot speak for all of the assembly masters but it seems many things were becoming lax and ignored." Pure hubris in some cases as she had met a few who believed themselves right solely on account of being jedi and in the assembly. THe projects to try and document the worlds under their command seemingly abandoned in its infancy after she was removed from the project... So there was also that but she was not going to pass blame as such. "There were some things that fell by the wayside and that is one of the first things that have been getting worked on."

She said it while rising up and standing there. "But I should let you rest and regain your strength... the rests new design aids in healing and revitalization." She said it and bowed. "WHen you feel and are cleared take a walk through, I am in the central spire with the new heart of the Silver Rest." THe new design and improvements went a long way as they had developed the stone that was being used... they had built up many of the things that went into it.. and more so it pulsed with the lightside of the force all around them. It breathed in and outwards with everything to give the jedi within a sense of scale and letting them breathe.

Matsu Ike

Jasper looked at the wall in front of him, looked at the possibilities of what could happen next, and tried to plan out his next course of action. He wanted to believe that the Jedi teachers were still alive and could learn from them. Their safety was important as well. Jasper knew this, but he wanted if anything happened to them would be a loss of wisdom. Wisdom that Jasper wants to better himself. However, his thoughts on Jedi teachers were changed toward his thoughts on what Ike said earlier about the chance of things becoming lax ignored. He became worried over the idea of him not being safe at the temple due to the Darkside.

He shook his head; he didn't want to be controlled by fear. It was something a Jedi would not allow them to dictate their actions. Jasper read up on the history of the Jedi Order some time ago and while the information wasn't clear in his head, he did remember some information on the Jedi take on fear and how it had impacted both sides of force users. He could not afford to let fear take over himself, but it was causing some problems for the young man as he began to get out of bed. Jasper felt that he needed to deal with this as soon as possible. He checked his body to see any form of marks or scars but so far, as he saw it, he didn't see anything of the sort. He sighed with relief, planting his feet onto the floor, and cautiously stood up.

The jedi grandmaster moved from the room letting him have the chance to recover and she moved through the hallways of the rest. THey had rebuilt much of it... expanded other parts and it was there for all of them to see... the massive city alone proved to be one fo the more stark in contrast. They had changed much of it where they were going. SHe walked and looked in on some others seeing the information. Before heading to some of the chambers where others were floating and they were working on tinkering a few of the ones. "Grandmaster, project Arisen is proceeding well. We have managed to stabilize the tank breeding and we have recalled the Kenobi Fleet." SHe nodded as they were consolidating forces that were needed.
