He made it seen like an ethical issue on why he wouldn't sell to the Confederacy, of course if he wanted to he could through others easily, it seemed like a lack of desire to sell because of past wrongs.

As for why CIS doesn't just try and take or act against Jorus's nearby assets...well, a ) he'd break everything, and b ) Silk is in MAJOR bacta business with Santhe/Sienar. And Santhe/Sienar owns 90% of your Kaminoan cloning operation.

@[member="Loki Heidrun"] - *points to approved Santhe/Sienar company submissions for Hypori and Kamino* There's been a lotta RP into this by a lotta people, and a lotta discussions with CIS founders. This is all a done deal, dude. CIS doesn't screw with Santhe for some really good reasons.
