Aito was searching a way to relieve some steam after he finished a difficult mission, he had been hunting a target, they were slippery and nearly escaped him since he hadn't been warned that the target was a changling. It was frustrating and he had demanded a significantly higher paid for the mission since it was more complex than he had been told. So, he was carrying some extra credit to burn in his pocket. Wearing a tight dark shirt, trousers and his smartest shoes, Aito studied his appearance as he tied his hair into a top knot. He felt a little odd not wearing his armour but he figured that it would be a bad idea to wear the armour while gambling. He was only meant to wear when honouring Mandalorians and Mandalore, so he was avoiding wearing it when he was letting his addiction take over. And he knew that was likely tonight since he had a significant amount of creds to spend, and he was feeling lucky, and feeling lucky was super important when you went gambling. Hopefully he would get a hot streak and get at least double what he started with.

Entering the casino, he was greeted by waiters and smiled politely, it was a little nerve wracking since it seemed to be a busy night tonight. He exchanged for some chips and then ordered himself a drink. Looking around for a table to sit down at and perhaps win some games. He spotted an interesting looking table which had a very pretty blonde sitting on it, Aito decided that could be a good table to sit at. Taking a sip of some liquid courage to settle his nerves, he looked over to the table, it seemed to be a card game. Likely pazaak or sabaac, Aito placed his bet and checked his cards. Seemed to be a reasonable hard and then looked around to see if he could figure out what the others had from their expression. He caught the eye of the blonde next to him and felt his cheeks redden before looking away again.

Well, this was going to go well, he could feel his throat drying again and didn't know what to say to her... Damn his nerves.

It wouldn't be surprising that Stacy was in a casino again - she enjoyed her bad habits and had no intention of breaking them. And although she wasn't lost in a drug-induced haze or alcohol-fuel rampage, (at least not yet), she had decided to treat herself in one of the best ways. By borrowing ridiculous amounts of money from some shady people, doubling it at a nearby casino, then keeping it all for herself and not ever paying them back. Sure, it wasn't smart, but it was fun. She loved the thrill - the cat and mouse chase, the adrenaline rush eluding them gave her. And as the woman she was, she wasn't content to simply slip away into the dark of night.

Stacy wanted them to know how much she'd won, how much she was now worth, what she had stolen from them. Definitely not a healthy habit but, hey, why changed the habits of a lifetime? The blonde was seated at a table, minding her own business at the moment, as the night was young and she was just getting started. She was dressed to the nines for two reasons and two reasons only. t made her feel incredible to look gorgeous and because the dangerously high slit gave easy access to the knife strapped to the opposite thigh. Sure, she liked to live dangerously but she wasn't a complete idiot.

She caught the eye of a smartly dressed man who had taken a seat at the table; his eyes were dark brown, like pools of coffee she wanted to dive into. And then she saw the reddening of his cheeks and softly smiled. Stacy held his gaze for a moment longer before looking down at her hand, pleased with it but not letting anything show on her face. After this she hands folded neatly atop of them and leant forward, elbows resting on the table. "First time?" Her voice was gentle, the question directed at him while she met his gaze again.

Checking his hand again as everyone placed their bets. His nerves were still on show but it was nothing to do with the game. Though he knew that some might not see it that way, so he figured why not play it up. Let the enemy feel like they had the advantage. Gambling and war were similar skills in his mind, and he was a great warrior, so he had to be a natural gambler as well. The truth was not as kind, his gambling skills were average at best for the most part. His real skill lied in telling what the opponent had a good hand or not. Skilled liars and cheats would always best him, why he ended up in debt, but honest players struggled with Aito's detection skills. At least, those were the boasts he shared when drunk. Drinking his ale slowly, he could feel the booze taking affect, even though he was well-built and large size, he did not need much drink to send him over the edge. People called him a lightweight for it, he hated being called that but was hard to deny.

Looking over to the blonde as she talked to him, his throat dried up like the Tatooine desert. He blinked a couple of times, unsure if someone dressed that beautifully would actually talk to him. It was hard to believe and he felt a little lighter as if he was dreaming or something. Though, he was praying this was not another spice induced fever dream. That would be just too cruel. Taking another sip of beer, he hoped his voice wouldn't crack. "Y-y... Yes." Cursing his body as his voice cracked a little squeaky at first before turning to the usual deeper tone.

"Sorry... Yeah, first time in this casino." He placed a fairly high bet, the competition for the most part seemed easy enough to figure out. The blonde seemed to be showing little expression which was making it hard to judge so he was naturally staring at her more to try and read her better. It hadn't occurred to him yet that this could be creepy or pervy. He was just adamant to figure out what her hand could be as he waited for her to respond to his bet. He was sure he could win this hand, though he didn't know if she was going to match his bet yet... Which was slightly nerve-wracking considering the high bet he just paid.

Oh, he was just adorable. It was like he'd never seen a beautiful woman before let alone spoken with one. From the way his voice cracked, and how he looked almost nervous, Stacy had a feeling her assumption wasn't that far from the truth. Still she offered him a reassuring smile as he laced his bet, and took a minute to look at her own hand again, and then counted out her credits, making it seem as though she was making friendly conversation with him rather than silently sizing him up. "It can be a little nerve-wracking the first time." She answered, still smiling as her eyes returned to him after matching his bet, and then raising it, her demeanour entirely relaxed and casual.

"But truth be told," she continued, "you've been in one casino and you've been in them all." There wasn't that much variety between the different establishments. The people were all rich snobs or addicts looking to get a fix. Stacy wasn't like that, not exactly. Sure, she enjoyed gambling way too much. But it was swindling people out of their hard earned credits, or borrowing ridiculous amounts from loan sharks and then disappearing, that she got her kicks from.

And she was good at the game. That much was obvious as she adjusted the neckline of her dress, drawing attention to herself and how it sat on her chest. She made a display of it, pretending to be subtle, to distract those around the table, and the man she now conversed with. When she was done, she offered a bashful, and apologetic smile, at those caught staring. Those that knew the woman would see the danger glimmering in her eyes. And then she offered him a hand, expecting him to be a gentlemen and take it. "Stacy."

Looking around as others placed their bets, he could see the beautiful woman smile and stare at him. His cheeks could only redden as he looked back at her as she placed her bet. It was a match to his, seemed that she could have a strong hand or was just bluffing her way forward to get a feel for the newcomer. Aito was being cautious himself, in order to assess the people he would be winning from, at least he was under the belief that he would be winning it all. "Well, some of the casinos I have been to don't serve drinks or food as fancy as this place." A lot of Aito's gambling was underground dens and dingy places that were not reputable establishments.

"However, the people, I guess they don't change too much." He stated, finding his voice to demonstrate his skills as he placed a higher bet, checking his cards once more. He was feeling confident in his hand, it was solid. Looking over to the woman, "I am Aito." He introduced himself, feeling it would only be the polite thing to do and his name did not reveal much about himself. As she adjusted her neckline, Aito couldn't help but feel his gaze fixate on where her hand went. He knew it was a clear distraction technique and was common practice amongst female players when they wanted to assess how easy it would be to distract and destroy opponents.

Taking her hand, place a kiss upon it, his gaze looked over to hers. There was a knowing look in his gaze, he was curious to see what she would do as his bet grew. Taking a slow drink from his glass as he waited for everyone's next move.

Her lips were in a beautiful smile as he took her hand, a kiss placed atop while their eyes met. The moment might have been something from a movie, a picture-perfect-romantic moment. That was if she hadn't secretly been plotting to swindle him for all he's worth. But that was okay. He'd forgive her eventually. Or he wouldn't. It was whatever because at that moment Stacy didn't really care. "Aito." She said his name slowly, purposely so. "It's lovely to meet you." Withdrawing her hand from his, she too busied herself with a drink, deliberately looking at him and the others over the rim of the glass, her eyes playful as they were closed with the sweep of lashes before the drink was put down.

"Though I don't know that I agree that the people don't change." She added with a laugh. Once more she matched his bet. This time when she looked up her full attention was on him, as though the room around them had melted away until he was the only person who remained. Her elbow rested on the table, her chin in the palm of her hand, as she leaned closer to him. "I would bet you a thousand credits you've never met someone like me before."

While Stacy was attempting to disarm him and swindle him for every credit he was worth, Aito was attempting to do the same. He had an air of a fool, a fool that could be charmed easily but a woman like her. The role was made much easier due to her beautiful smile and the flirting that she was doing with him, it was hard for Aito to remain focused on the game but he just had to internally take a deep breath and focus, tell his body to relax and just keep mind on the prize, the credits. The big amount of credits.

His body did puff up a little to show the muscular form and make himself look a little bigger than he actually was, "Well, the pleasure is all mine." He gave a coy smirk as he leaned casually back into his chair. It was curious to see how far this woman would go in pursuit of winning, he was curious to see how far he would go in his drive to win as well. He chuckled when she said that people can change, "oh, a person might be able to change, or at least try to change. But the people who come here, for the most part are all very similar. Addicts, those with too much money, those who wish to spice up their life or some looking to celebrate their upcoming marriage."

As she leaned in, his eyes darted slightly to see if he could spy her cards from the angle. It was a small, precise movement but he was feeling confident he got away with it as he checked his hand one last time and sent it on the table before moving in close, "oh, my dear. I might be a bit of a gambler, but I couldn't make a bet I know I would lose." He gave a wink to her, in his mind, he knew that there were plenty of women who used their charms to disarm, distract and destroy their opponents and there were men who could do the same as well. However, Aito wasn't going to let that on and he kept his focus on Stacy, letting the rest of the table just watch them.
