agreed, its those sorts of encounters that inspire swashbuckling adventures. pirate parties where legends recount tales, share holomaps with routes to riches, and routes to hidden wonders, hidden pirate colonies.

it makes sense that shindigs of the sort are the best means of trading information, goods and good booze alike. perfect for pirates in need of something to do, and I know tommy's got plenty potential as a quest-giver to that effect.
