STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
+ Strength: Piraiba is ten feet tall, which is large even by Togorian standards. Furthermore he's built with muscle strapped like durasteel plating. Thus far he has been second to none when it came to raw brute strength.
- Speed: In a sprint, he can utilize all four legs to achieve great leaping strides like an animal. Unfortunately otherwise his speed leaves much to be desired because of increased bulk and being awkward on two legs.
- Bulk: That increased bulk also makes him a very large target in a battle. It is more difficult to avoid lightsaber and blaster attacks.
+ Senses: Being a hunter, his senses of smell, vision, and hearing are much more finely attuned than most species. Additionally his capabilities of force perception go to enhance these senses even further. It is difficult to hide from this Togorian if he hasn't recently pounded alcohol or spice.
+ Force Dependency: Piraiba doesn't depend on the force like other Sith. Which allows him some measure of defense against force draining or force shielding techniques.
- Mental Shielding: Unfortunately his mind isn't as conditioned as some force users, which leaves him an easier target of mind tricks and manipulations.
BIOGRAPHY:
Piraiba assumed that he was born on Togoria among his people. There was likely some slaver operation that landed on the planet that had his mother captured or killed along with his own capture. Of course these are only assumptions because this Togorian has little memory of being a young cub. His earliest memories begin in the gladiator arenas. He started life as a slave forced to fight for the entertainment of the paying masses. Of course Piraiba can't remember being frightened. He quickly learned to love the thrill, seeking adrenalin, and blood. It was easily enough to keep him loyal and entertaining since rewards came in the way of women and exotic foods.
As a successful gladiator slave, he was sold from arena to arena before settling on Loovria which was famous for such death sports. Along the journey he had met many other warriors from different walks of life around the galaxy. The Togorian picked up many combat and survival skills that would help him survive for years to come. It was not uncommon to have to band together with the other Gladiators to survive group battles and large creatures that were thrown their way.
Success brought the feline closer to freedom every day, but it was the thrill of the next battle that really drove him. Then one day Piraiba found his gladiator career coming to an end when he was mysteriously saved from death by an unknown man in dull gray Mandalorian armor that jumped into the arena. This man later revealed himself to be Sith Master Vascious Relens, and explained why the Togorian had been so deadly and effective in the arena. Piraiba was force sensitive.
The hulking feline could see that his new Master was old and tired from a long life of battle. Yet the man had a lot of wisdom to impart. Piraiba spent the next few years traveling with the Mandalorian. He learned the man's own version of Sith philosophy, Mandalorian values, and how to fight like a soldier and a Sith. He was even honored by Vascious to take the man's last name in an informal adoption.
Then Vascious Relens mysteriously disappeared, leaving Piraiba to fend for himself in the galaxy. He sought out other Sith like his 'father' had been. It didn't take long for Piraiba to join the Sith Empire.
Piraiba spent years among the Sith, but ultimately left when they waged a mass genocide against the Togorian people. The Empire eventually crumbled to make way for new Sith factions to rise. He moved on to join the Mandalorian Deathwatch, and then later the Moross Crusade factions. In the end, however, Piraiba ended up simply wandering from place to place. He was neither Sith or Jedi, despite having family on both sides.
