Resolved Ping/Personal Post Notify unequal permissions

• Short Description: Personal Post Notify only showing on some accounts
• Browser: Firefox (97), also tried on Google Chrome (98.0.4758.102)
• Severity: All character accounts created before board move

  As with the dice feature, it looks like this is restricted to just my Writer account and my newest (post-board move) account.

The dice feature was fixed, is it not fixed for you Captain Jordan

I can take a look at this specific bug, but if the other one isn't fixed, post a new report for that or update the old one.

Dice feature was an example of similar bug behavior and has been fixed. Confirmed. Apologies for any confusion.
