Outcome of the Faction Wide Vote
Due to the following factors i have based my decision on such.
First about going major,
Aside from the fact that i myself wanted to go master in the first place, there comes the point that the majority had voted yes. As such this decision was much easier and i needed to debate it less as long as the next.
Therefore, we are going Major.
Next comes if we were going to go major as ourselves alone or merged with the Tenevi.. and contrary to what i would think just about everyone, minus Minna as i discussed my thoughts on both sides with her in the last two hours before she had to go to bed. As i was saying, i have decided a merge for several reasons due to the tie requiring me to choose.
Those were the three main reasons, if anyone has any more questions about the merge or about well even my decision, just tell me.

Next piece of news on the board. WE are getting along great with the Faction Event, no drama or anything so everyone keep up the good work that has joined, and if you haven't joined the last batch of news should hold our link to it.
Next up, the Tournament... sadly this was cancelled due to the drastic first change in leadership, then again during the whole... voting scene. As such the Tournament will be indefinitely cancelled until the faction adjusts to the coming weeks as i am sure they will be busy... uh.

- We will not need to change: If we go solo major, we would need to restructure and change to fit what is required of us, as such this means that we would also have to truly alter the order to fit that... this is something i am sure all of us do not want no matter where you stood on this. With the Merge we will remain the main teaching branch of the Vitae and as such remain as we are while the other branches from my understanding will focus more on liberation and Diplomacy. This means i did have to make one small change. When a student is made a knight, they will be given the opportunity to devote themselves to one specific branch or several branches. With that said Alexandra herself of course will be an example of this as she will be partaking in as much as she could. I understand this sounds odd but do not worry too much about it, we are clarifying it among ourselves before trying to implement such. So until i get full confirmation we will remain exactly as is.
- Neutrality: This was the hardest thing for me to debate on but what sealed my thoughts are what the Ession, the Mandalorian Empire, and the Sith think of us already. I understand that it is likely that they will never come and wipe us out, it could happen tomorrow for no reason... with this thought i have realized cannot truly be neutral as other factions will spit on that fact if they want. So, it is far more likely and beneficial for us to make alliances, whether alone or through the Vitae. This means approaching people who have similar feelings of neutrality or doing good.
- Personal Relations: I would be lying if i did not say this did not effect my decision, this is due to three people in general. Vulpesen, which has been pointed out quite enough. But there also remains the fact that Hakora, a former member of ours, and Tricia who has helped alex is also part of the faction. This has led me to support the fact that IC there is no chance of us being removed like pawns a third time, which allows us to create ourselves a permanent home or as long as the faction survives.
