    DESCRIPTION

Many people fell to the crimson blade of Magnus 'the Red' Zambrano; King of Panatha in his bloody crusade but none had it harder than the Fanalis. In the newly crowned Magnus's continuing campaign he wiped the Fanalis off Panatha and began his crusade across the Pacanth Reach one by one conquering Bunduki, Fornow, Sorimow and at last Ravaath. Ravaath was the last bastion of the Fanalis people in the Pacanth Reach. All those who fought were slaughtered and those who surrendered were worked to death by the conquering Epicanthix at the behest of their King. They thought they would be able to dig into their homes and make use of the natural caverns that ran beneath the surface should the invaders ever come for them.

    They were wrong.

Magnus the Red himself led the legions of Panatha to Ravaath and the first into battle. But this battle wouldn't be like any other. This was a crowning achievement for Magnus and the Epicanthix people finally driving the "Fanalis Menace" from their worlds. They would unite as one people not the fractured city states they were at one time, but one people, one Empire. So Magnus the Red declared there would be no slaves taken among the surrendering Fanalis, they would be annihilated. When the Epicanthix came they brought fire and death across the landscape years of fighting and losing to the warrior people they were worn down and their homes ill equipped to withstand their brutal assault.

King Magnus's legions washed over their homes slaughtering the warriors and decimating all in their path. It soon became clear that hope was lost and so all of the innocent the young, the old, were sent into the caverns to hide while the warriors would fight to the death and hopefully allow them to weather the storm. So these peoples hid for days after the battles end and the last of their warriors killed, utterly terrified of the Epicanthix who hunted them. Their fear amidst tears flowed freely through the caverns during this time as hope slowly died. It seemed like they might've had a chance to escape the slaughter, to escape and flee the Reach based on their warriors sacrifice...

    They were wrong.

Magnus the Red and his forces flooded through the caverns trapping them in the very place they used to hide slaughtering every last one of them until the last Fanalis lay dead. It was the King who made the decision that the bodies would remain where they lay, left as a reminder to all who would think to come to his domain. Years turned into centuries as the bodies lay in these caverns the palpable fear and dark side growing within caused these bodies to crystallize over time infusing with the dark echoes of fear left by these people. These crystal deposits became the phobis crystals, infused with the power to instill terror in those around it.

These deposits are largely ignored by the epicanthix people who live on the world due to their racial immunity to mind effects.

This is too high of a production for the capabilities you desire, which is up to a medium grade fear inducing area and a focusing crystal. Please drop this down to semi-unique for PC's only.

This is a strength.

What happens if these crystals are in an area with ysalamiri or near voidstone? What about other species with mental defenses? What about others who have a resilience towards fear inducing effects?

Dark Side: The crystals are imbued with the dark side which can be used as focusing devices for Sith experiments.
To what extent?

I added in two weaknesses of Force Nullification for void stone/ysalamiri and added one in for when species immune or resistant and individuals resistant to mental force applications come in contact with the crystal. I also pulled out the focus crystal effect.

What changes need to be made/has to happen for the submission to maintain a mass producing medium grade effect of the force?

Thank you for making the edits, however, as it stands, there is no viable way that a mass produced crystal that can be used by npcs and pcs and has the effects of fear aura and aura of uneasiness.

That would mean that an army of npcs and pcs may have this crystal and each one may have a 10 meter radius of aura of uneasiness and medium grade fear.

That sort of blanket fear inducing power will not pass for approval.

Your max is semi-unique. Please edit it accordingly.

At minor, you are looking at Minor (Any Character, Only Select Groups Of NPCs)

Again, with a large army, you are still looking at a blanket 2-meter radius of sustained Force Fear with no end point. With 2,000 troops, that is a 4 meter diameter per npc/pc, making it 8,000 square meters of coverage if used. Even at Limited (Only A Select Group Of NPCs/PCs), if you were going to only pick a unit from the codex, depending on the NPC Unit, you can have quite a large span of coverage.

This will not move beyond Semi-Unique.

Please edit or I will deny this submission.
