BIOGRAPHY:
Born in Tao from a large extended Rodia family that lived there for generations, Phee was raised to help with the family restaurant in the spaceport of Yasaburō. As she grew older Phee became more ambitious, studying business, galactic languages and politics extensively at the local academy in her teenage years. Originally a timid speaker Phee eventually grew out of it with her drive to succeed and she made every effort to form connections with the children of the local ruling clan.
Those endeavors paid off as after graduation she went to serve the clan as a personal retainer to the family heir. Often in that role she had to negotiate on her patron' behalf with merchants and dignitaries both from on Tao and offworld. Of course her success aroused resentment from certain elements who were prejudiced toward non-humans. Eventually this came ahead when an assassin nearly murdered Phee but she was saved by her husband and fellow Rodian, Jeeq who died of his wounds shortly after killing the attacker. A grieving widow she faked her own death while secretly using her connections to find the identity of those responsible.
Eventually she gathered enough evidence on those rivals and exposed their network of illegal activities to the clan who then had them executed. Done Phee came out of hiding and continued to serve her patron who soon became lord of the clan. Years later he sent Phee to serve as an aide to Tao's regency council and proved herself a capable advisor, in regards to intergalactic affairs.
However, one of her younger sisters, Sma who married off-world was murdered with her new family during the Mandalorian Enclave's sacking of Rodia. From then on she hated the Enclave and Mandalorians in general. Now in the present times Phee Zti has been chosen by the regency council as an envoy to represent their world‘s interests to the new CIS.
