Phaseera Manufacturing is a company based solely on Phaseera and have existed since 753 ABY. While the company spends little time and resources on research and development of new products, it has a wide and adaptable range of tools and machines. It has specialised in manufacturing both specific and highly advanced technological objects and mass-producing other items.
This has proved to be a profitable concept as many innovators have come to rely on the company to actually bring their products to the market at large. Through both shrewd deals and goodwill developed over long lasting partnerships, Phaseera Manufacturing have been able to secure a stable income with a fair profit margin.
Many have found the company to be easy to work with. Since its business model is based on bringing good ideas to the market, it often acquires the needed materials without the need of assistance from the inventor. Furthermore, its skilled team of engineers rarely shy away from making minute changes if they notice fatal design flaws after contacting the inventor for approval. Those who work at the company are often branded as mavericks - both by its negotiators and by numerous long-time customers.

With its base deep within the Silver Sphere, Phaseera Manufacturing have come in contact with the Silver Jedi numerous times over the years. It has always shown a sympathetic attitude towards the faction and tend to adapt its trade deals along with the factions foreign policy. This has mainly meant that the company has avoided striking deals with foreign entities that are or have a history of being hostile to the faction.
At times, it has taken on jobs which only covers its production costs - while this does not happen often, it is not a rare occurrence either. the Phaseera-based company was not founded with any altruistic intents but it has a history of avoiding doing what has widely been considered to be immoral. More importantly, it has been an eager proponent of preserving free and open markets which has lead to more generous deals with those actively promoting the same interests.
RATIONALE
Historically, this company has not owned by a single individual. Instead, it has been owned by a plethora of smaller shareholders. Lately, howeverm it has shown tendencies towards consolidation with a few more influential individuals buying up more shares.

has been at the forefront of this movement and now holds a majority of the company's shares. Still, its true leaders are the board of directors. With well selected members, it has been able to hold the confidence of the shareholders for decades. With a good sense of when to apply cold hard logic and when to act on kindness and compassion, the company has found a stable middle ground upon which it has been able to prosper. With plenty of new partners as well as numerous long term partners, Phaseera Manufacturing can be considered to be prosperous and dynamic.
