STANDARD FEATURES
- Carbon-Nanofilament Armour (x): An ancient technique in armouring which allows for a superior, reinforced product to be created.
- HIMS: The Phantom-Class has been fitted with Hyperspace Inertial Momentum Stabiliser, allowing the Phantom to circumnavigate interdiction traps and gravity wells.
- Interrogation and Programming Suites: A recent addition to the Phantom-Class is that of an FOSB interrogation and psychological programming facility. Allowing for the capture, torture and creation of sleeper agents aboard the vessel.
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
- Stealth Drive: The stealth drive installed aboard the Phantom is stock standard in nature and comes with the typical strengths and weaknesses such a device brings.
- Kyb-X Shield Generator (x): A shield generator combined with kyber crystals to create a shield which is four times the strength of any other.

Strengths:
- Silent: The Phantom is a stealth vessel which displays excellence in slipping in and out of systems.
- Tough Nut: Between it’s reinforced hull, kyb-x shields and anti-missile systems, the Phantom Class is a sturdy vessel capable of holding its own against most others.
- Weapons Systems: The firepower of the Phantom-Class is substantially limited and as such engaging enemies outright is not necessarily the best idea.
- Exposed Engines; The engines systems of the Phantom have exposed heat sinks. Targeting them successfully can potentially scupper the vessel. Either crippling it permanently or forcing it to slow dramatically.
Schematics for the Phantom-Class Crusier had been drawn up previously by Chief Research and Development Engineer of the Second Fleet, Kiarn Hollt. The design was written up for the purposes of creating a rapid deployment carrier, designed to dispatch FOSB and assorted special forces. This initial draft was drastically remodeled, with larger, and more complex components added. These being the increased defences packages, stealth drive and finally the faster hyperdrive.
The Phantom-Class is a vessel not designed for direct combat, but rather, as a form of transport and intelligence collection vessel. Using its hyperdrive and HIMS to quickly dart in and around interdiction traps, before dispatching it’s cargo of Retribution Corps Troopers or to retrieve friendly forces. The Phantom class is designed also to be able to sit in system for extended periods to provide air support, using a stealth drive to achieve this.
The Phantom carries with it an extensive hangar of TIE fighters, and fighter craft designed to be able to provide extensive air support. This is to compensate for the lack of firepower provided to the vessel, and to ensure any deployed personnel are not left alone.
