Fires 20mm slugs at hypersonic speeds as the standard with the capability of firing explosive rounds, or depleted baradium slugs. This weapon system is optimized for strafing runs, anti-personnel, and light armor engagements as it features a modular chamber for quick venting and self-cleaning in dusty environments which makes it an ideal choice for ground operation vehicles.
It features a single ammunition feed line that utilizes the recoil cycle from the Thorilide shock absorber to operate the feed belt, cycling the next round into the chamber. A single stage plasma chamber provides the propellant charge for each round.
