The eternal statement is also true here, the better the quality of the product, the more effective it is. The highest grade already rivals and achieves the Coaxium's levels and grade. It also shows that this is a very good quality fuel.
Refining is no different than in the Tibanna gas' cases, so it can actually be done anywhere, just as no extra methods are required to store fuel. It is a fairly stable material, both in refined and unrefined form. This makes it easy to store and transport. Of course, if someone wants to open the tanks or wants to attack the fuel, it will end in an explosion.
Overall, as is usually the case with the HPI Consortium, has produced a very widely used, relatively inexpensive and high quality product, which, from the individual user, can be used in large quantities by industry, armies, and various fleets too.
