SUPERIORS REMARKS, S.Sgt Vales, Rickard:
As far as soldiers go, Dhavale is hardly an exceptional case. Corporal Dhavale lacks any real initiative which would make him ideal for promotion to NCO. But that said, he’s still a younger member of our corps, and there may yet be room for advancement. What he makes up for his lack of imagination, is his devotion to his unit. Completing orders, and working harder than the others in his unit when say building trenches, pitching camp among other endeavours.

Dhavale is ideologically rigid, and shows no sign of deviance. He gets along well enough with peers, jumps to orders with no question. But his lack of social graces with his cohorts is concerning to say the least. Corporal Dhavale, struggles to really engage with his peers. And while they do invite, and he does accept invitations to platoon and battalion events, this shyness he exhibits isolates him.

PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT, Maj. Dr Lawler, Isaiah:
Corporal Dhavale suffers, like many of our Pa’Deshi personnel from signs of malnutrition and mistreatment. This, combined with exposure to industrial carcinogens have dramatically lowered his lung capacity. Although through UNTERNEHMEN AUFWACHSEN, we have taken steps to provide rations to the Corporal. Although Dhavale, due to historic starvation we can trace genetically, Dhavale never really filled out. While he can handle a weapon well enough, he is not fit for service in more rigorous offices. Be they the Stossjaeger Corps, Navy or regular Imperial Forces, his physique make him ideal as an Auxiliary and the position they play.

PERSONNEL HISTORY, Lt. Blaker, Cara:
Corporal Dhavale, much like many of the Prefsbelt Auxiliary was born on Pa’Desh. From files I’ve had access to, Dhavale’s parents gave their son to the then, First Order Remnant there, in the hopes to escape the horrendous poverty they were exposed to. From medical checks, we guess Dhavale was about five, maybe six when this happened. He was, like many of his cohorts, malnourished and needed years to recover from exposure to the toxins funnelled into Pa’Desh’s atmosphere.

Sharad was raised in Unit 18, an organization of fellow aged Pa’Deshi foundlings as well as the orphans and children of First Imperial personnel. He was unremarkable. Played nice with others and was a teamplayer in the sports they played. Upon our departure from Pa’Desh to Prefsbelt IV, Corporal Dhavale was ten, and on arrival along with the rest of Unit 18, dispatched to Agricultural Pioneer Unit 18. A platoon of civilian, Pa’Deshi dispatched to the equatorial zone to establish farms and work there. He did so for two years before a space was made for him within the Prefsbelt Military Academy. Most of his cohorts were trained in technical studies. To be civil engineers, technicians and specialists necessary to achieve Grand Admiral Rausgeber’s vision.

Among those entered into military training, most were grandfathered into the Prefsbelt Stossjaeger Corps, or the Navy. But Dhavale, and approximately twelve percent of his cohorts were entered into Auxiliary training by choice. Dhavale’s marks were average, and he was marked early on as a follower, rather than leader. He could execute drills with his competence varying from merely adequate to extraordinary. And for that, he was placed in the 53rd Sturmpioneer Battalion. One of the few Off-World fighting units of the Prefsbelt Auxiliary, designed for combat engineering and support.

Since being deployed, Dhavale has personally seen very little in the way of direct combat. But has worked in inhospitable environments, and exercises on Mygeeto, Dantooine and other worlds.
