SPECIAL FEATURES:
  • Able to withstand several direct hits by a lightsaber or lightsaber-type weapons.
  • Able to withstand severe attacks by blasters, lasers, and similar weapons, including civilian small arms, infantry-type, even those found on vehicles and starfighters, enduring a heavy amount of direct fire before faced with serious risk of damage or degradation.
  • Able to withstand severe attacks made using slugthrowers, railguns, grenades, mortars, shoulder-mounted projectile weapons, and other kinetic attacks by infantry or light vehicles before serious damage or compromise.
  • Able to resist low-grade ion cannons, EMPs, or similar attacks.
  • Resistant to degradation over time caused by environmental conditions, low-grade radiation, or sonic damage, making it well-suited for extreme environments.
  • Mixed in liquid form, it can be poured into virtually shape or form, then hardened to create a virtually impervious surface capable of withstanding high levels of stress.
STRENGTHS:
  • Durable, versatile, and resilient material can resist a wide-range of damage, decay, and degradation, making it ideally-suited for construction projects in hostile environments or where risk of military assault is high.
WEAKNESSES:
  • Cannot for very long withstand extreme or sustained bombardment by massive orbital weapons, e.g. heavy laser cannons, missile strikes, or mass drivers, nor can it resist against massive and sustained attacks by terrestrial forces using heavy weapons, such as heavy tanks, heavy walkers, and the like.
  • Cannot resist very powerful EMP/Ion weapons or attacks, and while it may diminish some of the effects of these it simply cannot provide complete or guaranteed protection.
  • Permacite-H is very heavy, and using it for armor, even aboard a starship, is just made prohibitive by its density and weight. It is suited best (and pretty much only) to terrestrial structures and construction, as using it even aboard space stations is simply impractical.
DESCRIPTION:

Permacite has long been a staple of military-grade construction, and the inclusion of concentrated absobital and Norris Root oil only furthers the protective capabilities of this material. Permacite-H (for “Heavy”) is incredibly tough, almost three times the resilience and durability of duracrete and more than twice the usual lifespan and resistance of normal-grade permacite. Permacite-H is ideally-suited for construction of bases, landing pads, and outposts amid hostile environs where temperature, weather, atmospheric pressure, elemental exposure, or radiation risks are high. Permacite-H can resist attacks from a wide variety of weapon types and potential damage, even strafing and bombing by starfighters or taking several direct hits from heavy tanks or walkers’ main guns.

This doesn’t make this material immune to attacks however. Orbital bombardment, massive direct attacks concentrated against it, sustained punishment without chance for repair, these things can and likely will reduce the overall integrity and protective quality of structures and fortifications made using this material. Massive EMP strikes or heavy ion cannons will overpower the defensive capabilities of this material as well, and while some damage may be mitigated by it, it is not likely that those sheltering behind or within this material will escape damage.

All in all, however, Permacite-H is hands down a terrific choice for military construction projects, particularly those where longevity, durability, and versatility are needed. Able to be poured into most any form, then hardened to quickly create a tough, long-lasting structure that can take an incredible amount of punishment, wear, and tear before it begins to falter, Permacite-H constitutes a significant leap forward in construction technology.

Sure. Added it as a weakness also:
