Description: Come to Perennial to experience the time-honored tradition of afternoon tea. The Tea Room is well-known for high quality tea, delicious meals, and delicate desserts. Once inside, guests are immediately greeted by a clean, modern atmosphere that remembers old-world elegance. The ambiance is accented by powder blue walls, crisp white molding, and delicate linens to create a look that is airy, chic, and iconic.
The main entrance of Perennial Tea Room opens up into the Gift Shop area, where guests may browse our collection of high quality teaware. We currently have a wide selection of tea pots, mugs, infusers – all of the things you need to brew our high quality teas at home. All of our Signature Tea blends are available for purchase (2oz minimum for loose leaf varieties). The tea room itself provides a wide open space, lots of natural light, and an air of class. Each table has been dressed with fine linen, perfect place settings, and features comfortable seating. From our earliest days, we strive to provide incredible food, impeccable service, and an intimate atmosphere.Perennial Tea Room is the ideal destination for an afternoon of class and sophistication; it is the perfect place to enjoy quality cuisine, the warmth of loose leaf teas, and the company of good friends. Reservations are not required, but highly recommended for any hoping to take afternoon tea. We also cater to large gatherings and celebrations; please contact our event planner for more details.

Asaam Black tea is the bold, breakfast tea that most associate with afternoon tea.
Please ask your server for more details about each blend, or assistance with creating your own.
Each afternoon tea service features a delicate tower of delectable treats – small sandwiches, scones (sweet & savory), pastries, and a sampler of chocolates.
History: Perennial Tea Room was created by Hazel Walsh, a tea enthusiast with a taste for tradition, style, and elegance. It was her wish to create a location that would serve as a staple and a reminder of a more refined time. She opened the Tea Room herself, sourced the highest quality teas available, hired notable pastry chefs, and took pride in providing her guests with not only a meal, but a memorable experience. Through the generations, the Walsh family continues to run the Tea Room with the same dedication as its founder. The current owner, Otto Walsh, is a familiar sight during afternoon tea – often stopping in to personally greet the guests of the tea room.
