Maybe if you play on Xbox One or Pc, but with PS4 they haven't fixed the rubberband connection.

I play on PS4, and I had problems with the rubberband connection when Naval Strike came out, but since then it's gotten much better and then it hasn't bothered me at all.

So idk what to say.
