Even if we don't normally maybe we should, ya know, raid some slavers or something to make it all morally justifiable. Little spike in activity. Some swashbuckling fun.

Do I have to justify it? Can't we just go raid some wandering merchants. Because a true pirate takes what he wants, reaps what he sows and says screw the rules I love money!

Oh we do do piracy, but we like to prey on the predators or at least I do. Go after other pirates or slavers or just groups we don't particularly like such as the xenophobes on Bastion or Hutt cartel. Basically so long as you don't hit up the wrong people who we have contracts with you are golden. Heck steal us a ship and we will auction it off for you for a slight profit for the company and most going to the people who stole it.
Another good one would be restricted materials like Phrik, Cortosis, Beskar, Stygium, etc etc. SocMin Fed is always willing to do an auction, and we have a big of a rep started on it so people show up for it. If you do that I will auction it for you pro bono, so you can reap all of the rewards. I suggest hitting up neutral planets though to avoid BS from testy major faction people. Prime example being avoid Mandalorian space. They are rapid about jumping on people in their territory grabbing materials. Course if you want to deal with that go for it.
