DESCRIPTION
Designed after the Battles of Mandalore and Concord Dawn to upgrade Clan Gred's existing fighter designs, the PC-3 Uur, also known as the "Silence," is a relatively small particle cannon, which is still quite large, designed to be mounted to starfighters. Roughly the same size as your typical heavy laser, the Uur has been demonstrated to be a more powerful weapon capable of causing more damage than contemporary laser and heavy laser systems. While this may seem great, the Uur's downsides come from her particle cannon roots. Unlike the massive "Echo," the silence was unable to be converted into a hyper particle cannon do to being too small. This means that the cannon has a slower rate of fire, and the particle bolt is notably slower than a heavy laser's bolt. Despite these disadvantages, CST engineers believe this will be a viable option for starfighters.
