THE ALLIANCE
The Partisan Resistance Network, also known simply as the Alliance, is a growing populist movement across the southern Outer Rim Territories which values freedom and self-determination above all else. It is a decentralized resistance that takes many shapes from system to system.

Wild Space is too vast and incomprehensible for Partisans to infest every backwater world and deep space mining colony but OPA bastions are like points of light scattered among the darkness. The Underground spent years seeding rebel outposts throughout the fringe and now they are beginning to come alive. It’s time to step out of the shadows and fight.

TERMINUS UNDERHIVE
Ever since the Colichemarde disaster Terminus has been a hotbed of Partisan activity. The OPA seized control of a trade consortium to serve as a massive starfighter refueling depot and are excavating an operations center underneath. Despite their noble intentions the Terminus Resistance is now the biggest gang in the undercity.

SULLUST BASE
Heartland of the old Galactic Alliance, Sullust needed little convincing to rise up. Left in ruins since First Order occupation the old nerve center of Triumvirate operations is under reconstruction and bursting with volunteers. Nearby Pinyumb is now for all intents and purposes a rebel city.

REBELLION ACTUAL
Deep within the Kathol Outback a run down old station still finds function as the Alliance’s hidden fallback site. Exact coordinates are need to know and much of the OPA’s covert training operations are conducted out of this facility.

SMUGGLER’S COVE
More of a shadowport than a rebel base, the smugglers of Pamarthe have strong Alliance sympathies and their entire island is an OPA sanctuary just so long as the Judges are willing to look the other way. Note their promise of safety doesn’t always apply to the local cantina.

Partisans Rebels are a volunteer militia of citizen soldiers from worlds throughout the Outer Rim, beholden to no single government but instead fighting for our greater Alliance. They primarily gather along hyperlanes or on on rebel fortress worlds. Detachments also watch over critical outposts and smaller units are deployed to the furthest reaches of the galaxy.

Partisan cells are not a true military force and tend to range in size anywhere from a battalion to a single fireteam. As varied in equipment, composition, and training as the many planets they hail from, some Partisans are little better than hired muscle while others are grizzled veterans or renegade commandos.

Wild Space is dark and full of terrors so it takes a special kind of crazy to sign up with the Partisans. It takes even more to last. Guerilla fighters are dispatched wherever there are signs of trouble, and many are claimed by the big empty never to return.

The Allied Fleet is a massive convoy of militia warships, system defense force contingents, and freelance privateers that drifts through Alliance space on constant patrol. The main fleet keeps to major hyperlanes but smaller detachments sometimes break off to patrol problem regions. It is primarily a humanitarian outfit but many OPA ships have plenty of combat experience.

Because the fleet is not a true navy it has no naval prefix. Alliance ships are as varied as the many worlds they hail from. Some crews are little more than barely reformed outlaws but a basic code of conduct exists otherwise the ship faces banishment or destruction.

Pirates, Sith, and worse are constant threat so the the fleet requires an incredible amount of logistical support. Fuel, ammunition, and personnel are delivered in hordes on a daily basis. It’s easy to find work flying with the fleet even if you’re not an ace combat pilot or battle hardened line captain.

The Outer Rim Intelligence Operations Network or ORION is the Alliance's intel and tech backbone. They're our slicers and operatives, saboteurs and mechu-deru experts. ORION agents are almost impossible to detect, capable of erasing themselves from any record.

Some work alone posing as humble specialists or engineers, but others gather near ghost sites or infiltrate behind enemy lines. They're the glitch in the system, the ghost in the machine, and the voices in our ears.

While ORION operatives handle conventional spycraft the Agents of Ossus specialize in counter-Inquisition operations. Though few in number these Jedi agents are sworn to blind Sith and Dark Jedi to the Alliance’s resistance.

Wraith Squadron is a black ops ORION division of pilot commandos. Equally comfortable in a cockpit or the middle of a combat zone, Wraith are among the best of the best the Alliance has to offer. Whiley they are mostly known for their stealth X-Wings a Wraith pilot can fly pretty much anything.

Officially the OPA denies Wraith Squadron even exists. Unofficially they have been present at every major rebel campaign since the fall of the Galactic Alliance. Most are ex-military but the Wraiths will take on anyone with the proper skills and they don’t respond well to outside authority.

From their modified star cruiser the Mausoleum Wraith Squadron wages a shadow war against the Alliance’s enemies. Reconnaissance missions, hit and run strikes, surface extractions. Wraith commandos are crazy and skilled enough to try anything.
