NAME: Ozora Vizol

FACTION: The Bounty Hunters' Guild

RANK: N/A

SPECIES: Togruta

AGE: 25

GENDER:
Nonbinary (she/they pronouns)

SEXUALITY: Into All (Pan/Queer)

HEIGHT: 5 foot 6 inches

WEIGHT: 160

EYES: Goldish-yellow

HAIR: No hair, but their Lekku (head-tails) are striped with dark, muted blue and a near-pure white.

SKIN:
As pictured, her skin is a muted baby blue, with much lighter, almost white oval markings around the eyes spanning up onto the forehead and down to about the cheekbones.

FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes

STRENGTHS:

+ Cunning Fighter: Trained underneath one of the most iconic Jedis to date, Ozora is more than proficient in combat. Her training includes single-saber fighting, dual-saber fighting, hand-to-hand combat, and blaster instruction. Like most Jedis are taught to be, they are skilled in body and mind.
+ Strong: Ozora is built fairly muscularly, which entails an above-average strength. This is used as an advantage in fighting, every-day tasks, ... and sometimes to win credits from cocky men in grimy cantinas.
+ Flight Adept: They pilot their own craft, meaning they have experience in flight. By no means competing for the top spot in piloting, but no one's getting killed when she's behind the wheel... most likely.
+ Empathetic: Despite wishing they didn't sometimes, Ozora is known often to give a damn. In a lot of ways, this heightens their ability to connect to others and receive information and relationships many other bounty hunters cannot. However, bountiful empathy can also be twisted around, which sometimes makes things more complicated.
WEAKNESSES:
- Lack of Spirituality: Ozora always struggled with the spiritual piece of the Jedi- one of several reasons for her fall from grace. Their faltering trust in The Force has led to many complications to their connection with it. As such, it is often unreliable, and as of now she rarely, if ever, uses it.
- Impulsive: A person of the heart, Ozora can often be found in deeper waters than necessary. When something strikes too hard on a nerve, they will be more likely to act than to take a moment to think it through.
- PTSD: Due to an event in their backstory, Ozora is often plagued by night terrors or insomnia. This has led to a certain level of constant exhaustion she has learned to coexist with.
- Minor Substance Abuse: Due to the sleeping issues, Ozora will sometimes over-drink or over-smoke in order to knock themselves out and get some sleep. This plus their impulsive nature can sometimes lead to rowdiness, fights, sloppy "encounters", etc.

APPEARANCE:
Ozora is a young adult Togruta, with a medium height (5'6'') and a strong, muscular build (160). Their skin is a light, muted blue color, with much lighter oval shaped markings over both eyes that span up to the forehead and down to the cheekbones (as pictured in their photo). Their Lekku (head-tails) are striped with a much darker, deeper muted blue, and a almost-pure white. They have a slightly bent nose from a scrap gone wrong, and a large, pink and red scar on the right side of their face. The scar starts wider at the right corner of her jaw, and travels upwards, tracing a waved, tapering line up the cheekbone, underneath the right eye, and finally fading off at the left brow bone. Her eyes are golden-yellow shade. Both for discretion of identity, and also to create mystery around their body build, Ozora is often shrouded in a dirty-golden hood and cloak, and wears black tactical gear beneath.

BIOGRAPHY:
Ozora began their life in a rather privileged position. Their home on Kiros was full of natural beauty, community, art, and an abundance of joy. The vastness of valleys, the sharp jutting rocks, and the roaring waterfalls were a playground for them and their younger brother, Casik. They lived the first nine years of their life in relative harmony with Casik, and their parents. Then the Jedi arrived. Everyone was so beyond thrilled. Ozora Vizol, a future Jedi! Most people were too busy celebrating the legacy of the Togruta lineage and her potential to ask for her thoughts on the matter. With barely a passable goodbye, Ozora was taken to begin a life anew. With nothing but a token from her brother, she commenced training as a youngling. Quickly showing promise as a fighter, they caught the eye of several Jedi. Her difficulty in fully trusting The Force, however, led to complications. It took several attempts to actually locate and retrieve their kyber crystal successfully, and several months to properly put together their saber.

Ozora spent 7 years, starting at age 12, under the watchful eye of Mace Windu. Windu's traditionalism and Ozora's struggle to truly find and connect to The Force proved a fearsome match. During that time, Ozora put every ounce of time and effort into training, meditation, and into learning from missions and battles at Windu's side. The two held a high amount of respect for one another, but almost constantly butted heads. Eventually, in their last year with Windu, Ozora's Force abilities began to blossom. Though with trepidation, she began using these abilities more often in combat. Unfortunately, several months into this process, disaster struck. In an unexpectedly destructive battle against Separatists, an enormous piece of ship shrapnel came careening towards the planet's surface, where Ozora, about fifty troopers, and a fellow Padawan were fighting. At the moment when they needed it most, their abilities failed them. The attempt to stop the shrapnel failed. All but a few troopers, and herself, were killed. This accident led to several burns along their legs, and the long scar now molded over their face. Despite attempting to push on for several months after the event, Ozora found herself at an impasse. Their Force abilities deteriorating, plagued by guilt and terrible nightmares, and increasingly suspicious of the Jedi's lack of remorse for the loss, Ozora slipped away in the night.

Stunned at the sudden change in life direction, Ozora could think of nothing but to go home and reconnect to the family she had been forced to forget about and detach from. After a few weeks of effort, they found themselves arriving, cloaked and disguised, on the ground at Kiros. Things immediately seemed wrong. Everything was much quieter. Artwork and sculpture destroyed. The people who used to pride themselves on talking to neighbors and spreading prosperity and generosity, suddenly empty from the streets. Ozora's abandoned childhood home became the final salt in the wound. Though they attempted to find out more about their parents and Casik, the increasingly overwhelming presence of Separatist control eventually proved too much a risk. She was forced to flee, with only the words of an enslaved Togruta hissed in a whisper through a barred window in the dead of night: "Sold away. We think he was sold away."

Now devoid of every community and support in their life, they drifted for a while. Originally unsubtle in their approach to find their family, Ozora eventually piqued the interest of too many prying eyes and ears, and was forced to disappear in the shadows. The alleyways and grim city bowels eventually led her skillset towards cheap bounties. Unsurprisingly, she excelled. Which meant she was quickly noticed and pushed further and further along, until, at the ripe age of 24, Ozora Vizol had found herself a full-fledged bounty hunter of the guild. Adrift in a sea of different possible paths and directions, Ozora bides their time in perpetual guilt and ever-simmering anger, utilizing higher ticket bounties as an opportunity to slowly but surely locate their family. Sometimes the Force still calls, and whether or not she's ready to admit it, she's not sure whether to truly leave it behind.

SHIP:
Ozora owns an SS-54 Assault Ship. It is old and battle-worn. The base paint job is black, but there are clear patches made with various-colored metals. It has two Incom HA-980a H/O ion engines, two forward twin ZX7 laser cannons, and aft dual laser cannons. It has a bulbous cockpit, with a much skinnier body, and fairly large wingspan with two pretty massive engines. It has hyperdrive capability. Capacity for two people to sit safely in the cockpit, with room for 6-10 passengers in the body of the craft.
