OZAIA is a near-sentient AI that serves as Ozun Zhil's personal assistant in his workshop. She's essentially a very intelligent, semi-self-aware computer program that helps Ozun Zhil design things by calculating things for him, displaying various data and giving him her personal tips at times.
She was created before the events of Ozun Zhil's graduation quest (given to him by Darth Vyrassu) in order to assist him in the creation of his assassin droid.
She is essentially a near-sentient, semi-self-aware AI that is only capable of somewhat independent thought, such as giving Zhil suggestions about his plans. She also has astonishing levels of computational ability and can compute advanced battle strategies. She cannot do anything without Zhil prompting her.
She functions as a cross between a mathematical droid and a protocol droid, albeit less intelligent than the latter.
