An Outbound Flight Story
A High Republic setting
Rampage will be a PvE thread open to all Jedi and Civilians, and select allies, of the High Republic. The Outbound Flight is a setting only, writing in this thread does not mean you are committing to the ongoing long term plot. There will be two elements to this thread.
Objective One:
In BAIT the Jedi Wayfinder vessel will be dispatched to urgently respond to distress calls from the droid and automated research detachment left behind at the recently discovered artefact designated as "The Ark".
The mission back the "The Ark" will not go as planned. This part of the thread will start in media res as the ship comes under attack.
This objective will be perfect for anyone looking for ship to ship combat. Classic Star Wars gunner's seat action. On the fly ship repairs. Barking orders at the co-pilot to lock in hyperspace co-ordinates. And trying to figure out who the hell it is that is attacking you.
You will all be on one ship. Don't let it be your last flight.
Intended for: Jedi, Spacers, Outbound Flight Personal, Pilots.
Objective Two:
In PREY the Outbound Flight expedition vessel will be boarded by a scouts from the Ssi-Ruuvi Imperium. This advance party of raptors-with-blasters will tear the ship apart seeking access to the ships main systems, and a full explanation of the ships mission.
Should their attempt fail, and a retreat be called, they may attempt to abduct mission operations staff in order to retrieve the intel from them.
This objective will be perfect for anyone looking for Republic versus dinosaurs combat. The terror of the kitchen in Jurrassic Park, or the run and gun action of Turok, but the dinos shoot back.
Try not to be dinner.
