Within the Runner, a JBC Recon Cruiser from Merr-Sonn, Damien stood next to the Sol'yc Hibir, Jatt. His eyes were ahead, arms folded against his chest, and against his back sat Tantibus. There was no armor, though he owned several, and no other arms, though he had some of the absolute best in the Galaxy. He was going to test his apprentice and himself, to see if he was what he had once been, too let the student learn in battle.

"Are you prepared, Hibir?" Damien asked quietly, "This is not going to be a simulation, nor are the others going to be as light about battle as I was."

Jatt leaned against the cruiser wall, he glanced up at his Master his hand clutching his hilt he was excited to see real action. " Bring it on Master. Where exactly are we going?" he asked leaning forward to see what the pilot's window could see. His impatient heart slammed against his chest, the possibility of getting to slice down as many as possible. His black tunic fit snug against his body but he longed for the old robes of home. He wondered about whether he would be accepted by the others when he met them, though a life on Kashyyyk taught him what it meant to be an outsider.

His smile faded as he tried to focus on the battle to come.

Damien pointed to a looming green planet, "Tera Lush, my current home world. There are rumors of a sect of One Sith rogues living amongst the Feral Vampir. If it is true, there is a chance they seek to enhance the natives, which is bad, no matter how you look at it." Damien said, then listened as his captain shouted out about landing procedures. A wave signalled he had no concern about bracing.

His control in the Force would always protect him...

At that he reached out, gripped the shoulder of Jatt, then the world around them would vanish to darkness. A sharp pain, tugging really, could be felt behind the navel, all the while a loud bang sounded as they appeared on the planet's surface. The sudden appearance of the duo had caused the surrounding air to explosively shove outward. Looking about them, he pointed when he finally saw what he was looking for: a massive estate, ancient and decaying.

"A Queen of times long past, thousands of millennia, lived there. Its unknown how this place could survive this long." Damien murmured, the awe he felt at the craftsmanship was evident, "Likely some olden technique similar to alchemy..."

Shaking his mind from its reverie he began to walk toward the entrance, adding as an after thought, "I will teach you to fold space as I just did, when the time is right. Do not ask more than that."

The world around them reshaped and faded into a reality completely unexpected by Jatt, he felt the presence of darkness around him as well as a majestic force of some kind. He stepped off the Runner following his master. His stomach tightened as he heard the name that had been burned into his mind for the last 6 years. Sith. He had longed for the day when he could kill the sith responsible for his mother's death but for now he would assist his master.

He was in awe of his master's mastery of the force it was unseen and unheard of by him, he had encountered few Force-users in his short life but he thought he had seen the limits of the forces power. He was wrong. " Yes, master...Master are we to exterminate the Sith Rogues?" He asked his eyes unable to be a still as he took in this world. He wondered if he would meet any of Damien's family or followers on this home world of his. He had learned in his time that you could learn a lot about your friends or teachers by their associates.

They approached the large estate its crackling brick and mortar dripped with prestige even in its decaying state. "And you said they had a queen, do they have a ruler now?" he added.

"No. Tera Lush is a planet of self sustaining folk. The Tera Vampir are a regal race, bent now upon leading their families, or others. But no grand scale leadership has been established in millennia." Damien replied, then paused to look down at the lad, "The Sith are going to be killed, yes. Does this work to your enjoyment, or aggravation?" Finally they reached the door, one hanging slightly from bent hinges. Pushing them open, he said, "The Sith are rumored to be holed within the ancient estates found on this planet, and we will began with the oldest, and oddest for a person to wish to stay within."

"Optimistically my daughter will be showing sometime soon. She is quite the young lady, and has been through a lot. I'll say in advanced, she may physically appear roughly 20 years old, but is actually well over 200, and has the social skills of a kid your age." He said, eyes away as he examined the room they were in. It was a large grand hall, where tapestries hung, art was on display, and the like.

"Through a freak accident she ended up in the past, two hundred years ago. She was just a girl of six years at that point. Now she is... well much older. But being on a planet like this for so long, where the sane are well outnumbered by the feral...she has great battle skills, but never really interacted with people." He finally finished then froze, a feeling g touched at his senses.

Putting a finger to his lip, Damien dropped low and pressed to a wall. He had heard voices.

Jatt followed his master as they walked into the estate "To My enjoyment master, A group sith Mauraders killed my mother and former master."Admitted the somber confession sank the pit of his stomach. He listened as his Master went about his daughter, Jatt had very little interaction with girls in his life taught early on they were a distraction. He frowned as he thought about what she might look like and if she would be like all the girls he had encountered. His thoughts drifted away from the matter at hand, a mistake that was quickly realized as Damien sunk out of sight and pressed to the wall.

Jatt kneeled next to him heeding his master's command though he was itching for combat. He heard voices around the corner but could not quite make it out, his heart sped up as his palms grew sweaty. He had thought he would be ready to fight but the moment the prospect of a real threat came his warrior's spirit shrunk further into him. "Are we going to fight them?" he whispered partially to himself but said it nonetheless. He felt a gust of wind come rushing behind him and with it a foul stench. Jatt unhooked his Saber's hilt holding his breath avoiding the odor that filled his nostrils.

He stood up and began to take steps back towards the entrance towards the smell, he wouldn't wait for an answer.

Damien nodded the affirmative, holding a finger to his lips. The boy was speaking when less than a dozen yards away there was at least two individuals. That was reckless. When he turned to sign a plan to the youth, he was going back the way he had come. They had just been outside, how could they not have seen someone out there? Damien was confused now, but chose to ignore it. Maybe the Sith were casting illusions at the kid.

They couldn't at him, unless white current illusions. And those had a certain... realism to them.

Creeping to the corner of the hall, he paused as he sent out his Force Shadow. It was an unseeable non corporeal form that could act as detached eyes and ears. Moving the shadow around the corner, he spotted a duo of large men, one a Twilek the other a human. They were frantically whispering, as if furious at each other for something or other. He observed for a moment before returning his senses to his body, lunging around the corner...

Then kicking off the wall. His telekinetic prowess caught him, his momentum added by a whipping motion with the unseen energy. Like a superhero he shot down the hall, fists ahead of his body. When they connected with the bodies, he flipped his body over the heads, a counter kick aimed at the opposite sides of the heads. He landed into a combat roll that left his gaze sweeping the area.

His student was off doing whatever it was he wanted, but Damien was going to kill the Sith.
