Now, I'm not sure whether we should have ties to none of the major factions, or make sure we have strong ties to all the major factions. Either way would keep us neutral, but one could get us money with the risk of some trouble, and the other could get us nothing, but possibly leave us more desirable for jobs from major factions....

Since there's only six of us, this is pretty easy to figure out now. We can decide as a group, and we'll just do it that way...

We could offer as a fleet during a mission but not during wars. We aren't an army.

Well, I'd mostly be investing, but we'd need direct contact for deving minerals and stuff. I said, I'd do it as long as its not widely known that I'm investing. Takes away the illusion of neutrality.

If you want freelancer work I'd suggest tying in with one or two factions so as to avoid conflict of interest.
