PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Orukukri is a towering Voreclaw, standing around two meters tall with the powerful and intimidating appearance expected of his species. His body is covered in a thick chitinous shell that provides natural protection, with large claws and a heavily built frame. Faint marks across parts of his shell are the only visible reminders of the Sith experiments that once altered his life.
His robes were custom-made to accommodate his unusual body shape. Orukukri chose white and silver colors in an attempt to appear less threatening and better represent his peaceful nature, though whether others see past his intimidating appearance is up to them.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Orukukri is a gentle and compassionate individual who strives to bring comfort and aid to those around him. Despite his intimidating appearance, deep voice, and immense physical strength, he is patient, calm, and considerate, always trying to make others feel safe around him. He understands that many beings may fear him at first glance, and while he does not resent them for it, he hopes to show through his actions that he is more than what he appears to be. He enjoys learning about other cultures, tending to plants, cooking, and helping those in need.
Orukukri strongly believes that all living beings have value simply because they live. To him, a person's worth is not determined by their species, appearance, or past, but by their ability to choose who they become. His experiences as a Sith experiment shaped his dedication to protecting others, as he believes he must use the power he was given to ease suffering rather than cause it. While he does not regret the actions he took to escape his captor, he carries guilt over the harm he was forced to inflict and seeks to make amends by bringing healing to the galaxy.
Orukukri follows the light side of the Force and greatly respects the Jedi, seeing their teachings as the opposite of everything the Sith tried to make him into. However, he understands that compassion does not mean allowing cruelty to continue, and he will stand against those who enslave or harm others. His greatest fear is becoming nothing more than a weapon again, losing himself to the purpose others tried to force upon him. More than anything, Orukukri hopes to be remembered not as a Sith creation or a monster, but as someone who helped ease the pain of others.

HISTORY
Orukukri was born as a member of the Voreclaw species and spent the earliest years of his life among his own kind, living within a colony away from the wider galaxy. At the age of nine, his life changed forever when he was taken by a lone Sith who saw his species' natural strength, durability, and resilience as the foundation for creating a powerful servant and weapon. Removed from his home and treated as little more than an experiment, Orukukri was subjected to years of Sith experimentation that enhanced his physical abilities and awakened his connection to the Force. The Sith taught him Galactic Basic so that he could better understand orders and become more useful, though Orukukri eventually began to develop his own thoughts, beliefs, and understanding of the world beyond what his captor intended.
For years, the Sith attempted to shape Orukukri into the perfect tool, but instead of becoming a mindless weapon, he began to question the purpose behind his existence. While he was forced to commit acts of violence under the Sith's control, he never accepted their teachings of domination and cruelty. At seventeen, Orukukri escaped his captivity by confronting and killing his creator, realizing it was the only way he could truly be free. Though he does not regret the choice he made to survive, he carries guilt for the suffering he caused while under the Sith's influence and vowed that his strength would never again be used to take away another person's freedom.
After escaping, Orukukri eventually sought out the Jedi, drawn to their teachings of compassion, balance, and the preservation of life. Despite initial fear and uncertainty from those who saw only his intimidating appearance, one Jedi recognized the person beneath the shell and took him under her guidance. Through her teachings, Orukukri learned to control his connection to the Force, eventually becoming a Jedi Knight specializing in healing and defensive techniques. Rather than viewing the Force as a tool for power, he came to see it as a connection between all living things.
After becoming a Jedi Knight, Orukukri traveled the galaxy seeking opportunities to help those in need, offering his skills as a healer and protector wherever he was needed. Eventually, he crossed paths with Novac, who looked beyond his intimidating appearance and Sith-created past, seeing instead someone who genuinely wished to help others. Through Novac, Orukukri was introduced to the Farworlds Alliance, a coalition built around cooperation, protection, exploration, and providing refuge to those who need it. Finding that their ideals aligned with his own, Orukukri chose to join the Alliance, becoming one of its many defenders and healers.
Though some may still see him as a frightening Voreclaw or a reminder of the Sith experiments that created him, Orukukri knows the truth of who he is. He is not a weapon, not a creation, and not a monster — he is a Jedi Knight who chose compassion over cruelty and spends his life easing the pain of others.
