Once the apprentice to

, Orion left the Jedi Order and his previous master under less than pleasant terms. Feeling betrayed by his belief in the Jedi and their Creed, Orion moved from the Core to places of obscurity - working odd jobs in dingy auto shops, repairing hyperdrives, or shock boxing when it so fit his fancy. With nothing to really hold him to a creed, he has transitioned from one hovel to the next - usually taking a trip as a on sight engineer for the would be poor freighter he gets stuck on, only to abandon it at the next leg of its journey in search of something else.Always changing, transitory by choice, Orion has no intentions of settling himself in any one place for some time; choosing instead to simply enjoy life for what it is - though with a constant fear that those he attach himself to might cause him to feel the dark pull of his ancestors; a fear instilled into him by his once morellian Master. Knowing this, it is rare for Orion to make any connections that stay - one night stands, a drinking buddy for the night, a crew mate he confides in and shares his sandwich with; but never someone that truly gets to know him, dig their claws in, tempt him.
Knowing this, he also tends to hide his last name; knowing all too well that the historic connotations of the Skywalker Dynasty garner both ill repute and awe - neither of which Orion much cares for. As much as his father once spoke of such ideals and legends, Orion prefers the calm and quiet life of being nobody - and would much prefer keeping it that way, known by most as Orion Sky even on his official flight logs and passenger dossiers. It took more than a few bribes and wet palms to get him that much.
