Hi folks. We've all seen factions implode or go toxic from not respecting the voices of their member base. I don't think we're at risk, but now is a great time for us to chat.

How comfortable do you feel starting faction threads on your own initiative?

What support do you need to back your initiatives?

What's been fun? Any good memories? What kinds of threads do you want to see more often?

What role should we play in the galaxy? Right now we chip in allies for the good guys and play diplomacy or hijinks in the neutral parties and poke the bad guys a little. How well does that work for you?

We've done a handful of dominions lately, which is kind of unusual for us. Any preferences there? People having fun, or want to put attention elsewhere?

Basically, you bare your souls to us, here or in private, and we'll tweak the faction's priorities based on that, and we'll stick to that direction to give us a decent bit of structure. Ideally, ORC should always be providing its members with something fun to do.

I'd like to see a bit less gray area in certain stances. It seems we're ok with the FO on an IC basis, abd that confuses me.

Beyond that? A few treasure hunts for us only?

ORC folks have fought against FO in a ton of GA invasions, and they've got a standing bounty on all of us, especially Bryce.

Well, have some ideas to pick up an old plot that fizzled to rediscover Auratera and establish some new colonies or family resources. Also to start a new hyperspace lane to evade the more imperialistic blockades and interdiction.
