SPECIAL FEATURES

 • Lightsaber resistant

 • Taser in the pommel

 • Can redirect some lightning

 • mollecular edege

 • Velvet rubber compound on hit to absorb more of the lightning

 • Lightning charged batteries
Strengths:

 • Lightsaber resistant: because it is made of beskar the blade is able to resist lightsabers

 • Shock pommel: There is a shock component in the pommel that can be used to shock people

 • High Resistance to lightning: The blade is able to absorb limited amounts of lightning by channeling it through the blade and into the batteries held in the handle via metal threads that run between the two that act as lightning rods.

 • sharp blade: because the blade is beskar it is incredibly sharp.

 • molecular edge: real sharp
Weaknesses:

 • Heavy: Because the blade is made of beskar it is heavy and can be unwieldy

 • High shock: If things go amuck with the electrical mitigation systems the user can be hit with a massive electrical shock

 • Short range: Because the sword is a beskad it has short range and will have a disadvantage against other swords
DESCRIPTION
The second sword in the second wave would be Quoron’s most advanced electrical systems thus far. This is because it has a very heavy focus on redirecting electricity and not on simply using moving parts. As with all good swords Quo conferred with Lisset on the best way to go about this. The end result was the usage of shock hilt in the blade that are charged by batteries that are in the hilt. These batteries have some charge in them but receive most of their energy from external electric sources. Interestingly the sword was made with a shorter length despite a longer blade being the more advantageous setup for something with this intent. Beskar was settled on because it is a classical mandalorian metal and this sword will be quintessentially mandalorian. After this conference Quoron began to work on procuring the various parts for the sword.

For a mandalorian smith Quoron preferred to work with metals other than Beskar for making his swords because the weapons he forge are intended to be first works of craftsmanship, secondly they are intended to be quality swords which can be used with elegant form, lastly they are intended to be powerful weapons that echo the power and prestige of their wielders. Placing an order to one of the main Mandolorian mines he was able to obtain the beskar ingots required to make the sword. Next, he set about to get the electrical components that would be used for the sword. To accomplish this goal Quoron set off to various companies to collect the electrical parts. Most of the wiring, switches, and shock batton for the pommel could be purchased relatively easily. The hardest components to get were the batteries, and the rubber-velvet compound. These were acquired from specialty companies that took some digging to find. After he was able to collect the material and electrical bits he set off home and began the arduous process of forging the sword.

This blade would require a special type of precision that the others have not is the ability to seat all the wiring and circuitry that would power the electrical masterpiece he is constructing. First, he used durasteel to make a model for the blade so that when he used the beskar he would have the design in his head, which would expedite the process along. After the prototyping was completed he moved on to forge the sword. He began by making the blade and honing the blade to be razor sharp before he completed the blade he used his laser cutter to carve the micro-edege into the blade He wanted to expand his horizons as a smith so he inserted features like this but he felt that things such as that detracted from the artistry that was the sword. Next, he set to making the shock pommel and adding the batteries. He took apart the shock baton and kept the activation switch and shock portion. Then he took the handle and inserted the batteries and ran the charging wire up to the blade. After those systems were connected he connected the shock pommel to the batteries and wired the system together. Next, he wrapped the hilt with the rubber velvet so that the electricity has less impact on the wielder. Lastly, he added mini-lightning rods on the crossguard so that the energy would be directed into the batteries. This was Quoron’s technological masterpiece and he was proud of it.

I don't really know what it does. no, because cauterizing wounds is counterintuitive to the point of the weapon. It gets hot enough to, over time, wear down and melt metal, but easily inflicts second to third degree wounds on flesh.

Do not bump Submission threads. It is against the Factory rules.

Also, the ability to mettle is FAR hotter than necessary to seal a wound closed via cauterization. So either you'll have to add that the weapon has such an effect, or tone down the heat used in the blade.

Heated/sharp blade: because the blade is beskar it is incredibly sharp, there is also a heating component that can make the wounds worse

Quoron Mantis said:
Melting: If the heating element is active and a heating element hits the blade the blade can start to melt

It is still present in your submission in several places

High resistance to lightning: The blade is able to absorb a lot of lightning. This is done by the handle, the batteries for the shock can absorb some of the electricity, tiny metal threads can act as mini lightning rods
Something along the lines of:
High Resistance to lightning: The blade is able to absorb limited amounts of lightning by channeling it through the blade and into the batteries held in the handle via metal threads that run between the two that act as lightning rods.
