Rationale: Due to his owning of several other companies as well as being the Magnate of the Black Sun Syndicate, Rhodes has developed quite a bit of wealth over the years. He invested this money into constructing a research facility on Gallinore, as well as a large factory and mining outpost nearby. He would also order the construction of a billion-credit headquarters in Zeltros's capital, considered a beautiful and exquisite structure even on the rich luxury planet. He would later purchase a large Emporium on Antecedant where he could distribute his product in the Outer Rim.

Description: It doesn't take much of a genius to understand that sticking a popular brand name to something causes it to greatly increase in value. It also doesn't take much of a genius to realize that there really isn't any popular luxury goods producers in the galaxy. Sure, everyone wants that cool Blas-Tech™ rifle, or maybe that Kuat Drive Yards™ starship that's fresh off the assembly line. However, when it comes to expensive luxury top-tier items nothing comes to mind. Rhodes realized this, and soon after began going to work on a new company that would bring in more wealth than ever before.
The Magnate got to work on purchasing state-of-the-art facilities across the galaxy. Zeltros was chosen to be the site of the galactic headquarters, as it was known to be a rather wealthy planet. Antecedant was chosen to host the Outer Rim Emporium, as many wealthy crime lords chose to gather there despite the top-notch security. Gallinore was chosen to be the company's main industrial site, as it houses many great labs and also is the only place in the galaxy where the wildly rare and precious Rainbow Gems are located.
The company would make luxury products for the wealthiest and most most elite of customers. The company creates things such as automobiles, starships, clothing, watches and much more. Of course, these products are labeled as "luxury" for a reason. They are made from only the most exclusive and expensive of materials, part of the reason for their ludicrous prices. Insurance is offered, though it is also extremely expensive due to potential replacement costs. The company's policy also states that they never mass-produce anything as a form of quality control and maintaining exclusiveness. The company also takes custom orders for specialized goods such as personalized hovercars or one-of-a-kind starships.
