Aster Rose Baelor
A servant to her people.
Aster's Private Quarters, House Palace
Csaplar
Aster sat in front of her vanity, her heart pounding as she admired her appearance in the mirror. The Iron Empire had authorised an operation to put an end to the Chiss insurrectionist organization that had kidnapped and held her at their base in Miasma and as one of the victims of the insurrectionists, she was to make an address to the citizens of the Empire.
"Princess, your security detail has arrived," one of her handmaidens announced.
"Thank you," Aster replied wearing a mask of false confidence and walked to the door, pausing for a moment as she rested her hand on its knob. Be the princess they need you to be, she reminded herself as she turned the knob to open the door.
Outside, the Wolfsglaive - all dressed in their formal uniform - waited to escort her. "Princess," Everly - their Lord Commander greeted her in a formal tone - unaccustomed to the woman addressing her by her formal title, she felt a little uncomfortable.
"Good morning, Lord Commander," Aster smiled, returning the greeting in the same formal tone. "Shall we start making our way to where the address is to be given?" she asked, indicating to the Wolfsglaive that she was ready to leave.
