Rationale: The Open Circle Armada sue to be a parent company William Kerkov earned through long service. After a dry spell of business the CEO, changed the names and operations of the company, taking the complete mercenary aspect out of it. After multiple job requests, Kerkov has decided to reinstate the company as a subsidiary of the Open Circle Conglomerate.

He had earned his position as Commander in Chief and CEO of the OCA through long service within it's ranks. Under his command the compnay prospered until a time of, chaos. Mercenary companies like his could no longer find work and trying to save his now corporation he changed it's entire agenda, the operations, and it's name, the Open Circle Conglomerate. Now that PMO companies are back in use, and requests by old and new business partners, the CEO has decided to re-open the mercenary group as a subsidiary of the Conglomerate. Enter, the new and immprove OCA.
