Flashes of light announced the arrival of a small fleet of Aurora Industries ships in the far off Kol Huro system. Taeli had taken an interest into the system when she had heard of its great industrial capacity, even if the government was controlled by a greedy dictator and his autocrats. One problem to deal with at a time though, there were things on her mind.

They had come to negotiate and build the most extensive shipyards Aurora Industries would have, all of them being the new Crucible-class shipyard that was now beginning its first construction projects in the Attahox system. Still, the sheer volume of the project here, building seven of these shipyards, was going to be a problem that she certainly didn't want to deal with alone.

To that end, she had contacted the ATC rep for this region of space, [member="Aeri Vyn"], to see about ATC handling the shipping of raw materials from the surface to the orbital yards. It would be a boon for ATC if they were able to gain a foothold in such a system. Logistics would also be a problem, so she had contracted out a young entrepreneur and his company to design a computer system that would be handle the massive amounts of data required for such extensive operations.

"Miss Raaf, the Supreme Executive Chairman of Kol Huro is on the holo for you," one of her people said, and Taeli had to resist the urge to sigh at the absurdly long title. Once she had the time and Aurora was even stronger, there was a tyrant to be toppled.

"I and our other friends will take his call," she said.

One didn’t build shipyards without adequate resources and support.

That is where Arceneau Trade came in. The Conglomerate prided itself in being the largest household name when it came to trade and supplies. It wasn’t just alloy and ore that would bring to life such constructs, but the toil of droids and sapients alike. Each would require their own maintenance. Food, water, shelter. Maintenance checks and checks of oil and diagnostics.

When Aurora contracted ATC to aide with their shipyards, Aeri took point on the project. She was now here, with a datapad in hand and notating as much as she could about the process. The first would be securing housing for the labor, or charging ports.

Then food, water, medicine.

All of these were the finer details that the Zeltron was here to collect.

The mottled sea of hyperspace became the familiar backdrop of space, as the Corellian freighter emerged into the planetary system.

Designing the software infrastructure and cyber security for an orbital shipyard was quite the labor-intensive bit of business. But, it netted a new customer by way of Aurora Industries. And perhaps would lead to further contacts and connections from the information technology market that was emerging from underneath Sith-controlled Corellia.

The light freighter was packed with fiber cable, parts, and equipment. [member="Marque"] was in communication with the ship from their corporate headquarters on Drall, working on the finer details of the software engineering that would breathe life into the information technology framework that Sor-Jan would assemble.

The mechanical side of computers, the Anzat could understand. Programming? Not so much.

Angling the ship for entry into the star system, the boy looked over to see that there was a waiting call on the commlink from the system authorities. Donning the headset, the boy keyed the link as he joined in on the call.

Taeli sighed as she activated the holo-call to the despot who ran the system. It took a few seconds for the call to connect, especially with her compatriots at least listening in on it, and when it did finally connect and the image of the tyrant appeared ... she sighed internally again.

"Welcome, Taeli Raaf and Aurora Industries!" the tyrant boomed. "The court of Kol Huro welcomes the new engines of industry to our humble system. As I agreed with your man, Miss Raaf, you and your fellow entrepreneurs may establish yourselves heavily in our system ... with small fees being collected every once and awhile. Taxes are important after all."

"Of course," Taeli said, keeping her features neutral. "The agreement also is you and your ... administration will not interfere or attempt to take our facilities. Furthermore, the workers who will be under our employ are exactly that."

"Oh yes, no interference from me or my security forces," the tyrant boomed, swinging a large gold plated goblet in his hammy fist. "Keep the money flowing into our coffers, and you won't hear a peep from us. Carry on! And do feel free to work your people as harshly as you feel necessary, labor laws do not exist here."

With that, the tyrant disconnected the call and Taeli allowed her disgust to show.

"Let's get started," she said. "We have seven shipyards and all the support facilities to get ready."

No labor laws?

"Charming," the boy uttered into the open link, once it was only the three of them on the net. Reaching overhead, the boy flipped a series of dials as he shifted power from the hyperdrive to the various other systems of the Corellian YT-series freighter. Settling back into the pilot's seat, the boy just enjoyed the sensation of the console and controls as he coasted up from behind the small fleet of newer vessels that comprised the business interests of the Jedi Master.

The old 2400 was probably not a good look for Corellia Digital. And it wasn't like he couldn't afford a new, more reliable ship. There was just something familiar about the Queen. It was more than just a ship. It was practically home.

And, the space was adequate for the spools of fiber cable that he needed for wiring the network and central computer. The card-chips certainly didn't take up much room. A few server racks. The hard part would probably be getting a solid satellite uplink to the HoloNet.

They might have to drop a subspace communications satellite outside of the oort cloud in order to function as a signal repeater, beaming the transmission toward the antennae on the facilities.

...once there were facilities to put antennae on anyway.

The process was simple, it was just a matter of getting stock of what it was that they would need to start.

The local sector was, well, working through the will of a local warlord. How Miss Raaf chose to partake in that and handle things was all up to her. Aeri, on the other hand, her role was to remain neutral and simply supply what Aurora Industries would need.

There were things required; food, water, medicine for the organic workers. Then there was the droid supply. For now, they would focus on just what would be the right balance of droid to organics. Being able to use the local workforce allowed for a betterment of the economy and a measure of good will.

Both were pertinent when attempting to create a new stronghold in the sector.

With a precision of practiced hands, the Aurora personnel began the work of building the new shipyards. Unloading the individual modules, comming back to a nearby staging point for the tugs bringing the larger ones to come into the system, getting the assembly teams ready ... it was going to be a massive undertaking.

Luckily, they didn't need to be alone in this project this time around. Taeli was quite confident that Miss Vyn could get a program unparalleled in this sector in regards to support. Food, medicine, housing, all of that was her wheelhouse from Taeli had heard of the woman. Taeli sent a quick message off to her that she was to try and make the lives of the workers easier, which shouldn't be too hard considering their system's leader.

Mr. Xantha, she sent a request that he start working on the outer communication and navigation arrays and that as each yard was completed, he could get the systems working on that yard. The goal was to create an inter-connected system of coordination.

The first tug appeared in system, escorted by two AI-005 Lunar fighters. She wasn't taking any chances in protecting the interests here at all.
