On the Road Again

:: HERO of KORRIBAN ::
Life on the run was something Judah had been used to since a young age. The only stability he had managed to find was when he became a Jedi, but times change. The older forty something Jedi Master had allowed his past to catch up to him, almost literally. Meeting Magena Dray again had brought about a change in life Judah had not seen coming. For 29 years the Zeloron had kept her reasons for leaving the Jedi away from him. Yes, it was a stretch to even say she fit, and while that had been her reasoning, she had left to keep Judah from knowing that she had been pregnant.

A son. She came back into his life because she needed help getting their son out of trouble. With who had been the kicker too.

Dothan.

The sleezy crime lord had been a thorn in Judah's side for a long time, and even Magena had gotten mixed up with him a time or too. It seemed like that man was never going to leave, and Judah in a rash and quick decision decided the best solution was to kill the man. He had not been a Jedi since his wife died, so Judah allowed for the momentary weakness, one that had him on the run again.

Dothan's men were constantly after him. Judah had to avoid places like Nar Shadaa or other centers where the scoundrely and outlaw types liked to congregate. Judah could not avoid those places either. Life was unsettled once more, which saw Judah spending more time with the Silver Jedi, but today was not one of those days. Judah found himself exactly where he should not have been, once again meeting a contact on Denon. The underground element had long been a source of information for Judah, who, was always in the market to learn what he did not know. The shadow thrived off knowing things others did not, and there was only one to have that information. Go where people did not want to go, and pay what people did not want to pay.

Unfortunately for Judah, he was spotted by Dothan's men. It was happenstance, but it still happened.

Running through the streets and alleyways was getting to be an old habit. There was a sabaac den not too far from where Judah had been caught where he was on good terms with the owner. Rushing into the smoke filled cantina, Judah pushed through the bodies until he could lock eyes with the owner who pointed to Judah's usual booth hidden away from anything. He slid in only to find it was not empty. A familirish face was staring back at him, and Judah simply sighed.

"Right, today just seems to be the day for the past to come back and find me."

Judah had forgotten the name, but he knew they had met before. Whether it was with the Silver Jedi or his time with the Galactic Alliance, he could not recall. All Judah knew was he recognized the woman who was in his booth.

"There are three men chasing me, and if they make their way in here... well needless to say, sorry, but you're part of this now I guess."
