So, I've labeled this as LFG, but I'm putting out feelers on a variety of topics.
The initial few threads Dorin's been in have gone fairly well, help gotten him established as a concept, even if he still lacks any in-universe notoriety. He's gotten himself involved in the war on Commenor, but that's still a couple days away it seems, and with one exception all the other threads I'm in are either over or winding down. So, as always, I'm looking for more threads. Neutral bounty-hunter esque character that's geared towards dealing with matters of an arcane nature (IE, Force related stuff), otherwise he's just a hella overqualified bounty-hunter. Not really interested in criminal/underworld stuff, or at least not working FOR the criminal underworld.
Second thing I'm in the market for (and this sorta kinda becomes a either/or alongside the third choice which I'll get to in a minute) is a faction for Dorin to call home. Be it for a cause he finds worth helping for free, a group that keeps him on the payroll, or whatever circumstance it may be. Would like to see him get settled down with a regular family of allies at some point, be it his, or another faction.
Third, I've considered actually making a faction for Dorin's order, which due to their neutral status would mean that it wouldn't be involved in map politics or anything, just interested in its own self-preservation. I'll include this link so folks reading will have a better idea of what I'm talking about. As it stands, the Order was, in secret, on the front lines of the Vong war, and a once mighty and noble order is now reduced to a mere 10 or so Master Hunters, 30ish Journeyman Hunters, and a handful of apprentices. This is by design, to allow for a rebuilding the order RP, and the various politics and adventures that happen as a result. So if anyone would be interested, shoot me a PM and we can talk things over.
Last but not least, imma plug a story arc that I've teased twice now in my various threads, as well as the above link. About a year, year and a half ago, I ran a small little bitesized campaign for my crew on SWTOR that was intended to serve as the send-off for my main character on SWTOR. And while we did come to a satisfying conclusion, I never got a chance to write the epilogue, if you will. The various player actions derailed the story such that I could feasibly guide a second campaign just to tie it all up, and several thousand years in the future, there'd DEFINITELY be enough moving parts to warrant a few threads just devoted to the origins of the Order of the Force Hunters, and the fate of my old SWTOR character. So if this sounds like something you'd also be interested in, PM me and I'll find excuses to start threads specifically related to this.
