Old Blood

The Forest Moon of Endor
It was the brink of dawn on the forest moon, the wind blew against the trees and ferns, and it was a rather peaceful day. Xiarr walked through the forest that spanned an entire world, which felt very alien to Xiarr, as most planets like this would be taken advantage of by some empire or company for its wood. But thankfully, it seemed like the moon wouldn't suffer that fate for now. As Xiarr walked, the sound of fallen leafs crunching below his boots echoed throughout the area, causing some small animals to flee or hide under logs. Finally, Xiarr felt a nexus of the light and the dark. Xiarr could see a little area on the floor that was filled with ash, this was it. As he walked closer, he saw nothing but more of the ash. Xiarr then sat down and meditated at the spot, gazing into the past...

Forest Moon of Endor

Kyrel had arrived to the world with nothing but ambition in his mind. That ambition was to go to the final resting place of the former Imperial Hero Darth Vader. He felt excited and after landing he walked purposely to the pyre site hoping to find any remains,if any remains were even there at all. He had dealt with meddlesome ewoks. Which he had dispatched with ease making his way to the site where he felt the force was very strong. He finally reached the area and saw a stack of old wood held together by thread. He looked at it intriguingly. This was the site where Vader's Armor was burned, and if there was anything left he would claim it. He than looked down and saw a hooded young man meditating and within seconds Kyrel grew irritated and spoke angrily. "Whoever you are,you are desecrating this very site with your pitiful presence. Leave before i sever your head from your body." His Vocabulater making his anger, and irritation known.

Xiarr's meditation was interrupted by a robotic voice, he thought that whoever this person was, he was most likely sent from the First Order as the Endor system was just barely outside of First Order space. Xiarr sighed, his peaceful meditation interrupted by some arrogant fool. He stood up and turned around, staring the man right in the eye. He had some sort of suit with a saber hanging from his side, the sign of the typical darksider. From the darksider's signature, he could tell that he was no master nor a knight. Xiarr took a step back in case the darksider where to make any sudden movements. "I suggest that you return to your masters, or else they will find their dog taking his last breath." Xiarr put his hand on his saber, knowing that this anger the darksider even more.

Kyrel was serving as a scout for the First Order, Within a few days time a large invasion force would be sent from the borders of the First Order as a part of large campaign to not only take Endor, but several worlds as well. He would be assigned with several Knights of Ren to find and recover Vaders Armor. Upon hearing his retort he said angrily with a hint of confidence in his tone. "Someone like you shouldn't be here. The First Order will be here in a few days time to take over this world. Soon we shall emerge from the shadows once more, and with the Sith gone. We shall establish our rule once more that we have been denied for nearly a millennium. I should grant you a swift death you worm." With a hiss his saber activated the crimson blade igniting from the hilt both crude, and unstable in it's form. It snarled and crackled as he raised his saber with one hand and arced it downwards upon the man attempting to bringing him a swift death.

Xiarr had to give a chuckle at the darksiders pitiful response, but he wouldn't bother to respond to the foul creature of the dark. It was obvious that the First Order would try and swallow the systems that were left by the power vacuum after the fall of The Republic and One Sith, they would be idiotic to not do such after all. But he wasn't here to talk about battle strategies, it was time for conflict. Xiarr side stepped the attack with ease, continuing to do so with a few of the other strikes that came toward his way. Xiarr quickly activated his blade and caught one of the incoming strikes, due to the rapid succession of strikes, Xiarr couldn't pinpoint what form the darksiders was using instantly, probably Djem So or Juyo. Xiarr continued to block the oncoming attacks using his now favored form, Soresu. As Xiarr saw it, once the attacker was exhausted, he could easily finish him off with Djem So.

Kyrel was surprised at the activation of the blade. He came to the conclusion that he was facing a Jedi Knight, and hoped to kill him. He used Vader's Variant of Form V upon him. The style was primarily Form V but used a mixture of forms Incorporated to compensate for the lack of mobility in a life support suit. He bashed at him using his strength in cybernetics, and stamina as an advantage. He made powerful heavy swings bashing at his Form III defenses. Driving him back the blades crackled, and snarled. The air smelt of burnt ionized air and sparks were created with each clash. This would be a challenge for the young Disciple of Ren,and his most dangerous adversary yet.

Xiarr quickened his defense, countering the darksiders jabs and cuts until he began to bash against Xiarr's yellow blade. Xiarr quickly relocated his blade to his center lower neck to counter. Xiarr took a slow step, trying to find a good position where he would have the advantage. Perhaps he could jump onto a tree and land behind the darksider, or he could slam him into a tree, the possibilities were endless. Xiarr backed into a position near the pile of ash and hoped his plan would work. As quickly as he could he took some ash and threw it toward the darksiders mask, hoping to temporality clog his vision. Xiarr then kicked Kyrel into a tree with what remained of his might. Xiarr took a moment to breathe and saw a cut on his right hand, this wouldn't be as easy he thought, but it certainly will give Xiarr time to practice his blade work some more.
