PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Okuma appears as a typical example of a member of his species. Pale skin, snow white hair and piercing yellow eyes. Often being mistaken for an arkanian offshoot or an echani. Especially given his athletic build. He wears an eyepatch over his left eye, under which is a rather bulky and unappealing cybernetic replacement that he often keeps hidden.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS
Although he would never admit it to another or even himself, Okuma feels a great deal of envy towards those who are Force Sensitive. Often manifesting in a resentful inferiority complex, masked with pride and disinterest. He also has a habit of anthropomorphising the Force and thinking and speaking about it as though it was an individual.
Okuma is rarely ever afraid to get his hands dirty. While on jobs he has a great deal of professionalism as well. He strives to be the best at what he does everything in his power to live up to the standard and expectation in his line of work. In private however or off duty, one may describe him as rather lazy and likes to pass his time with simple entertainment and hobbies.
STRENGTHS (WIP)
Superhuman Reflexes: Okuma is a Kage with a lifetime of conditioning. Allowing him to surpass the ordinarily extraordinary reflexes and speed of his species.
Trained: Practically all his life Okuma has had to hone his skills and capabilities. Either by choice or circumstance. Be it as a young soldier on his homeworld, an accomplished former Jedi, or as a private contractor. Okuma isn’t someone who’s lacking in tactical or martial prowess.
WEAKNESSES (WIP)
Electirc Shock: Although being shocked is rarely a pleasant experience, it's especially potent for cyborgs like Okuma. Even though his cybernetic implant isn't particularly extensive. A nasty shock could leave him far more disoriented than would be expected since it would damage his sensory package.
Envy: Likely Okuma's deepest flaw, he is extremely envious of those who can hear the will of The Force. Having developed a great deal of resentment as well from feeling as though The Force itself had turned it's back on him and betrayed him after having his connection severed. Although he masks this insecurity of his through pride and apathy, Okuma still carries a great deal of emotional baggage over what he'd gone through since he was unable to continue his journey as a Jedi.
HISTORY
Being born on Quarzite as a Kage, Okuma was born a warrior. As the eldest son he already had a plenty that was expected of him. Growing up as a child soldier for the ancestral war against the Belugans. His combative abilities were only heightened by his naturally high force sensitivity, His crowning achievement in his youth was his involvement in the assassination of the planet’s Belugan representative. Although the planetary government wanted him executed, a Jedi had earned him a pardon. Being only banished from Quarzite. and in turn would take Okuma to be trained as a Jedi within the Silver Jedi Concord, not viewing Okuma as guilty for his involvement given that he was only a kid. Hoping to give him a better and more purposeful life.
As a youngling and padawan, Okuma was an impressive student. A prodigy in combat and outclassing the rest of contemporary students in the temple that he was trained. As a gifted apprentice he was shaped up to be a Jedi with a bright future and a positive Force in the galaxy. However, that never came to be. There was a darkness within Okuma from what he’d endured as a child soldier. A darkness that was never appropriately addressed by his mentors.
Things went on an abrupt downward spiral after a mission Okuma was on with his master. Who’d witnessed their padawan gruesomely Force Rend a target that they were supposed to apprehend. Telekinetically ripping them in half with The Force. A catastrophe that Okuma still doesn’t have any regrets about.
Put on trial and under investigation by his superiors they found a shocking lack of evidence regarding the incident, yet Okuma was steadfast and unrepentant during the whole process. Eventually the punishment given to him was to be exiled as Jedi and stripped of his connection to The Force.
The consequences of this still haunt Okuma. He had a very strong and close connection to The Force. A fire within himself that was abruptly extinguished and left him feeling cold, and hollow. Through the years his disdain for Force Users of any calibur has only grown. Without the guidance of his mentors and not being allowed to ever step foot inside of the same sector as his homeworld, Okuma was thrust into the galaxy, the real galaxy. But even though he was cut off from the Force, all his talent, knowledge, and skill remained within him. He would manage to forge a life for himself as a mercenary, bounty hunter, and assassin. Telling himself that he was actually freed from the shackles of The Force, and was now allowed to do as he pleased without consequence…
