• Octavia grew up the oldest child of four. Her parents were rich aristocrats who had a hand in the Niraunian government; her father a decorated admiral, her mother a leader along women in their community. Her early childhood was filled with learning various subjects fit for those in Niraunian high society. Octavia excelled in her schoolings and social groups. When she came of age, she first decided to become an entrepenur and bought her first company at 20. She then chose to join the military a year later, quickly rising through the ranks. Recently, she has had hopes to become involved in politics with the NIO
