A curious sense struck Onrai as she pondered over the recent developments to her own nascent mini-empire. The survivors from Panatha, former worshippers of Kaine Zambrano whose faith had been broken to be restored anew towards her own religion, were the first true influx of people into her domain since the exodus from the collapsing second Sith Empire. They would not only further mingle with the preexisting population of Kinoss, but would also help grow the efforts to more effectively populate Ool and staff its many agricultural facilities.
In addition, Onrai still sensed the other lifeform that had made the jump through the rift after her battle with her fallen apprentice and the corrupting Celestial that had irrecoverably twisted and tainted her beyond all compare.
Kurineth Cull
was still an enigma, but for now one that Onrai had sought to keep content with an appropriate meal. In contrast to Sasmay, there was much for Onrai to provide her in the form of nourishment - and perhaps she would become more than the parasitic weapon that Bacathe had intended her to be. Time would tell.
For now, though, the sense of fate itself shifting within the galaxy suggested her aid would be needed.
