• Passenger Capacity: 180 seats, 250+ including standing room. 140 if configured for long-distance travel.
• Cargo Capacity: Significant, for a bus. Plenty of storage space for small speeder bikes, personal luggage, basic consumables/emergency supplies, etc.

SPECIAL FEATURES
• 4 high-resolution holographic billboards
• Redundant inertial dampeners
• Redundant repulsorlifts
• Adaptive clearance
• Emergency collision deflector shield
• 45-degree flexion tolerance at midpoint
• Concierge droid
• Bathroom

STRENGTHS
• Adaptive flight height ranges from 10cm to 1km, allowing for successful operation in close quarters (e.g. Coruscant) or in aerial environs (e.g. Coruscant).
• Exceptionally bendy.
• Double-decker.
• Emergency shields will snap on fast enough to ablate anything from a plasmatic bolt to Mandalorian road rage. (Presuming those are two different things, of course.)
• Redundant inertial dampeners and repulsorlifts mean that this bus will never fall out of the sky, and if it does, you’ll probably survive.
• Has a bathroom you’d actually be comfortable using.

WEAKNESSES
• Is a bus. Slow to accelerate...
• ...awkward to turn…
• ...and not armed whatsoever.
• Despite its size, somehow still vastly more fuel- and space-efficient than a ton of individual speeders.
• The concierge droid’s prices are kind of painful. Five wupiupi for a granola bar? Grim.

DESCRIPTION

The NUM707 is a root-and-branch redesign of the bulbous NUM5-K11, which carried fewer people, pumped out triaxium exhaust by the gallon, had a flight ceiling of two metres, and generally sucked. It's funny how things work: one of the original design influences for the new version was a war transport concept attributed to, of all people, the Thyrsian Golden Company. Gallofree Transports jumped at the chance to make the best of busses. When elements within the Corellian Confederation came knocking, GT’s little passion project became a whole lot more lucrative. And when GT delivered the best of busses on time and at projected cost, stockholders went ballistic harder than a Jedi Council debating the best symbolic colour for a lightsaber. But in a good way.

The NUM707 rolled (floated) out in markets from Corellia to Kal’Shebbol. At least, that’s what Marketing got to say, because the busses sold like hotcakes on both worlds and maybe, sort of, at various points in between. After minimal reconfiguration, the NUM707 can handle extreme urban density and long-range frontier journeys with equal aplomb.
