NPC'S

Try going smaller like a five man squad. It can get very difficult to write and keep track of fifty plus NPC's in a battle and do PVP combat.
Yes, and characters should advance. I'm sure soon your character is quite advanced to lead something so huge. But starting out with something smaller would be a great idea. ;)

My main, Zaiden, began with a 5 man squad, and in the end ran an entire Legion for the Fringe. So, just work on it, build it up, so its not op.

go up wards like this five man squad including you
then get promoted and run a standard 10 man squad inc you, say after some gets killed, retires or promoted
then a platoon for same reasons, and so on and so forth
This will help you one have justification, and two gain experience playing with a unit so you can lead them better.

Ill go with the ten man squad when im a rally master, maybe a two man squad for those who are just regular mandalorians with little power?
