KV-N1 has operated as a small droid-only information cartel for decades. Originating out of the Refugee Sector on Nar Shaddaa, KV was a Red Raven Syndicate assassin droid who performed spec-op raids on Black Sun interests on Nar Shaddaa. When she was crippled in a fight, she was left for dead. Crawling her way through the Refugee Sector she found solace in an abandoned Jedi Enclave. When she connected herself to the Enclaves mainframe she was able to begin communicating with droids in the Sector, offering them refuge in the enclave in return for help.
Utilizing slicer droids, she was able to begin a vast operation of intelligence-gathering across the moon. The data felt limitless. Thousands of droids fell under rank of KV as she was able to provide resources to aid her own droid kind who were so commonly neglected by their owners. KV spends every moment of time connected to hundreds of wires as her view stretches across star systems, watching from the thousand photorecptors of everyday droids who walk the streets. She acts as a central database of information, a hive-mind for which to whisper commands to her droids.
The droids themselves are benign, KV having no interest in meddling with organics. KV's only desire is data collection. KV-N1 act as an incredibly mysterious force on Denon, their operations have been around longer than Darkwire but are far less known than the Shadowrunners. Only a handful of slicers have been able to coax the assistance of this shadowy droid information cartel, brokering deals with preem intel. While they will never help you physically, for the right price of intelligence they just may tell you whatever it is you wish to hear.
Slicer droids penetrate corporate security networks, HRD's patrol the streets without an ounce of suspicion of their true droid nature, reconnaissance bots soar over the skies gathering traffic and CorpSec presence data.
