First off, I want to thank everyone who has shared their feedback and critique so far. If you would like to share your thoughts on our faction and ideas on how to improve it, you may do so here: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/94458-how-is-everyone/
One of the more common criticisms was the lack of faction events and/or staff involvement, and I for one agree. A major reason for this, I think, is the lack of said staff. For a long time now there's just been me, [member="Coci Heavenshield"] and [member="Connor Harrison"], and we can only stretch ourselves so thin without breaking down completely.
Thus, we are now looking to hire at least two more faction admins who will hopefully lighten the load and bring fresh ideas for faction events to the table. If you feel you have what it takes, just send us a PM and let us know you're interested!
Be sure to invite all three of us (Thurion, Coci, Connor) to your PM, and including a funny gif or two might score you some bonus points!
