It's a bike. Simple as that. Caltin has more money than he will ever need and he decided to begin building items that he could use in niche situations. The Dilorian was just for fun, this is for when he needs to slip in somewhere and get out fast. Otherwise... it's a bike. A cool one, but a bike.
