SOCIAL INFORMATION
  • Hierarchy:
    • Executive Chairman, an unidentified man(?) who is wildly believed to be a descendant of the founder.
    • The Board of Directors, composed mostly of a hodgepodge of aristocrats, corporate magnates and a few major criminals.
    • Chief Executive Officer, selected by the Board of Directors and overseeing day to day operations.
    • Executive Vice President(s), typically overseeing major divisions.
    • Regional VPs, overseeing Solstice operations in more than 30 unique regional classifications.
    • Department Chiefs, typically blissfully unaware of any illegal activity at this level.
    • Field Operatives/Coordinators, handle logistics, trafficking and enforcement.
  • Membership: Solstice Dynamics employs over 12,000 personnel galaxy-wide, ranging from corporate professionals to covert operatives and coerced recruits. Entry at executive levels requires credentials, family ties, or insider recommendation, while field agents are often recruited from marginalized worlds or forcibly inducted. Initiation for covert roles involves rigorous loyalty tests and early participation in morally ambiguous missions. Advancement depends heavily on political connections and demonstrated utility. For outsiders, access typically requires prior association or specialized recruitment.
  • Climate: Solstice is rife with secrecy, power struggles, and subtle intimidation. Employees navigate a complex web of internal politics, where mistakes are costly and discretion is vital. Covert operatives operate under constant pressure and strict oversight, making the overall atmosphere one of taut professionalism and concealed menace.
  • Reputation: Publicly, Solstice is beloved as a leader in youth products and humanitarian causes. Behind closed doors, whispers of trafficking, manipulation, and hidden agendas breed suspicion among competitors and intelligence agencies. The company carefully curates its image to conceal its darker operations, leveraging influence to silence dissent and maintain its standing.
  • Curios: Executives typically carry ornate holo-emblem pins signaling authority and granting access to secured sites. Field agents often bear hidden tattoos or encrypted data implants linking them to corporate networks. Select insiders possess encrypted biometric devices containing sensitive knowledge accessible only to the highest echelons.
  • Rules: Solstice enforces a strict corporate code demanding absolute loyalty and ethical flexibility. Its internal philosophy, "The Greater Design," justifies any means to control and shape future generations. Betrayal is ruthlessly punished, and secrecy is paramount.
  • Goals:
    • Maintain and expand dominance in galactic youth consumer markets and covert trafficking networks
    • Secure exclusive contracts with elite clientele for "relocation" services
    • Develop advanced genetic manipulation to create custom operatives and ensure loyalty
    • Expand influence into media and entertainment to control cultural narratives about family and childhood
    • Continue to mask illicit activities under a facade of corporate philanthropy and social responsibility
MEMBERS
  • The Chairman: The Chairman of Solstice Dynamics is a reclusive male figure whose public appearances are rare and whose name is absent from most official records. Whispers across corporate and political circles suggest he maintains deep, longstanding connections with several galactic governments, quietly steering the company's direction from the shadows.
  • Independent Contractors: Solstice is known for employing a wide network of independent contractors, some for legitimate logistical and outreach work, and others for more discreet, less officially acknowledged purposes.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION

Solstice Dynamics traces its origins back to 712 ABY, when it was founded on the heavily industrialized planet of Lexrul. Initially a modest enterprise focused on manufacturing children's toys and educational materials, the company quickly expanded its operations into social welfare. By 724 ABY, after being acquired by a mysterious holdings company, an entity whose records have since vanished, the company launched an extensive network of foster camps, adoption agencies, health clinics, and homeless shelters across the Outer Core and Inner Rim sectors. These initiatives cultivated a genuine image of compassion and support, endearing Solstice to families, refugee groups, and humanitarian organizations across the galaxy. For decades, Solstice remained a relatively small but influential empire, tightly woven into the fabric of communities affected by war, poverty, and displacement.

The company's public face was one of philanthropy and hope, a bastion for children left vulnerable by conflict and neglect. It built strong partnerships with galactic refugee councils and relief organizations, reinforcing its reputation as a protector of the galaxy's lost and abandoned youth. Solstice's toys and media properties became household staples, further cementing its place in the cultural consciousness. Its influence in the child welfare sector was significant enough that many governments relied on its facilities and services to manage populations displaced by war and imperial expansion. To many, Solstice was an indispensable force for good in an often brutal galaxy.

But this carefully constructed facade hides a far darker truth. The holdings company that took over Solstice in 724 ABY was not a benign investor but rather a front for a clandestine network of powerful elites. This shadowy group's roots reach back centuries, to a secretive cabal that once aided the First Order in its infamous campaign of child kidnapping and indoctrination, funneling children into Stormtrooper training programs. After the First Order-Resistance War and the subsequent downfall of the regime, this cabal vanished into the underworld—hidden in plain sight and beyond the reach of galactic law enforcement. Under this cover, they expanded their operations far beyond human children, trafficking sentient beings of all species and backgrounds to the highest bidders across the galaxy.

Today, Solstice Dynamics is one of the galaxy's most prolific and insidious traffickers of sentient life. Beneath its veneer of goodwill, the company orchestrates a sprawling network that sells child soldiers, slaves, genetic experimentation subjects, and designer babies—all under the guise of social welfare and rehabilitation. This grotesque trade in flesh and blood operates through a labyrinth of foster homes, adoption centers, and biotech facilities, making it nearly impossible to trace or dismantle. Solstice's true power lies in this duality: an empire built on hope and innocence masking one built on manipulation and cruelty.
