Eyes: Her eyes are deep pools of obsidian, but they are not empty. They hold a chilling history within them. The fleeting glimpses of green and gold are like light at the end of a very long, dark tunnel distant, almost impossible to see, but stubbornly there. They are hyper-vigilant, constantly scanning for threat and assessing value, but in rare moments of safety, the guard drops to reveal a profound, wounded vulnerability.
Hair: Her hair is a sheet of pure, raven black, kept long and impeccably maintained. The way she wears it is a statement. It is either severely restrained in a flawless, intricate style a symbol of absolute control over the one thing that is entirely hers or, in private, worn down as a protective curtain to hide behind. It is a weapon and a shield.
Skin: Her skin is pale Atrisian porcelain, but it is a map of her past. It is unblemished by the sun but marked by the faint, silvery traces of old wounds some from training, others from a life she refuses to speak of. She is obsessively meticulous about its care.

BIOGRAPHY:

Nori was born on to Saia, brother to Nici and his other sisters. As part of the Ike Family she had a lot going on for her in terms of what her family could and would be able to do as they all offered a lot more in terms of being servants of the force. THe families of Emberlene were prepared and ready for many of the things, going out as she was able to meet her different cousins on Emberlene and heard about the tragedy that was Atrisia when it was falling to the dangers of the Fringe and how the emperor had gone power mad attempting to take over the galaxy.

Nori found there wasn't much to do, the Shadowguards themselves were highly trained but they were the females of the families, different clans, houses, families that sent their daughters to be trained and she found a great many others. Sticking with it though as the young man was curious about what they would be able to do, she wanted to present herself with a better view of the family. So he fled when he was old enough to support himself without the family learning and being sent there he started at the trials to become a shadowguard within the Ike family.

Her time within the guards saw her learning and going on missions. during one she had to infiltrate a spice den on Nal Hutta. She was going to be on the mission for weeks they suspected, she was going to be expected to do spice and maintain her cover. The job lasted longer then she expected and she went from being an urchin runner in the kitchen crawling through vents or bringing food to patrons, addicts and hutts to being one of the more exotic dancers.

Noriko was being present within the teams being sent to the jedi order to learn, where her brother Nico had become a spice addict on Nar Shadda. Being contacted and surprised by the results when they were being sent to help Nico. Sticking out with a couple of the different things. She wanted to be alright and careful... but was surprised with what happened after saving Nico. Between the entire family there was not a lot of information being done when she continued to train throughout the years with the jedi and her skills as a shadowguard.

Noriko continued to work on her skills, finding something of a life within all fo it as she worked with the jedi to learn about some of the things that they had done. Noriko found a place among the jedi themselves when they were moving through the different temples and sort of became the loner in the time of Kiskla Greyson given her stance on jedi who didn't tell her how amazing she was. Retreating out and exploring the temples that had been left to ruins instead of continued use Noriko was able to learn to fend for herself while having access to her families contacts for safety.

One of her teachers was the jedi knight [member="Kana Truden"] before she disappeared after teaching a little and helping Noriko find some phrik. The impressive and simple enough work that the padawan was able to do didn't last long as Kana left and become like many others a member of the darkside. Severing what bonds of learning and such they might have had it wasn't until she met the child like [member="Sor-Jan Xantha"] that Noriko developed as a jedi knight. Learning the force and powers from the jedi master as well as some of the other ways of the ancient jedi.

Her promotion to the rank of a jedi knight allowed Noriko to experiment a little more, finding something about herself in a number of different things and she took the lessons she had learned from her two mentors to hearts.... well kind of in different ways. One showed how to have a nature and battle against it to become something greater and the other showed what happens when you give up and give in. Neither of which she wanted to do so she set out joining the crew of a ship... not just a normal ship but the ship when all the information checked out.

The Ebon Hawk had been found and partially restored under the captain Kei Garnik who after some initial resistance took Noriko on his crew. The first of what was planned to be a couple as far as she knew and she stayed with him developing some interest and feeling while she staying on the ship. Eventually he sent her away when he went off into the galaxy for one of his bi annual brooding sessions but he returned to her wanting to move their relationship from crew member and captain to something more as she stayed around with him and moved in more permanently.

And there was something there, something she hadn't been expecting... happiness with Kei despite his need to run off around the galaxy and leave her in ports waiting for him. She learned how to get by with that and whenever he vanished by getting back at him later with different things to make sure he continued to like being with her. Noriko was very much enjoying the situation that had developed and suffice to say while she got to work around in workshops given by jedi like Théodred Heavenshield who taught an acient art that was no less requiring of skills and practice.

Noriko continued over the years with Kei and was looking to find her own purposes, living with him on his ship when he was well around to see her. He made a habit of leaving her alone at the temple to go off and do whatever it was that he did by himself. Uncertain about what sort of future this could bring about for them she was able to work and find the Ebon Hawk. rejoining Kei another time and another when he arrived at the temple to sweep her off her feet and work to romance her in a dazzling display of the force as well as his own feelings for her. Kei was skilled at convincing her to forgive him for going off for months at a time.
