Jorryn Fordyce
Things picked up quickly once Eira had introduced herself. A new face greeted herself as Dawn, a name that Eira made a mental note to remember and then a man cladded in black burst into the restaurant. Clearly part of the DeathDrop but someone who fought for the opposite side during this fight. It was no surprise, why should the mercenaries only ever work for the same side. Eira might hold loyalties and value such things above all else, but she knew too many mercenaries and bounty hunters who were only loyal to the credits and whoever held the most. It was not something Eira aspired to be but she could not judge them. They were hopefully one day going to be useful assets for Quinn and for herself.
When CT-312 grabbed Jorryn, the horned Echani protested and seemed very perturbed by the soldier's actions. It was amusing to see. Another Echani was joining the group as well that Eira did not recognise and more people seemed to be flooding the place. Scherezade pounced one of the people entering and Eira could tell right away that this was the man that Scherezade had discussed with her. The man that she loved and was protecting from blood suckers. It was strange, Eira could see that he was conventionally attractive and she was sure there was probably some charm that she was missing from him but he did not seem the remarkable type.
But then again, there was nothing here that would be a cause to demonstrate remarkability.
After that, Quinn arrived with Riven. Eira was glad to see her Master. Not thrilled at seeing the black eye. Eira still hated herself for listening to the orders and not remaining to help Quinn fight. It was made harder by the fact that Riven had not obeyed the orders either so now Eira felt like she failed in knowing that her Master needed her help in a fight more than Quinn might have wanted Eira to follow instructions. The mental juggling of what she should have done, what could have been different was interrupted when a beer in a glass bottle was handed to her. Eira blinked and looked at it.
She was far from the type to drink beer but it was also something to drown out the thoughts of failure that circled her mind after feeling like she let Quinn down.
Seeing that Dawn was not drinking beer and not heading over to the microphone to sing, Eira took a seat next to her. "It is nice to meet you, Dawn. I am guessing that you are new to the DeathDrop then? Quite the introduction to us I would say."
