Jor Kvall
Ain't found a way to kill me yet
Once the small pod had situated itself on the snowy surface, Jor leapt out of the pilot's seat and began rummaging through the craft's storage compartments while [member="Lira Kros"] turned to face him. It was only after a moment that he realized she asked a question.
"Krownest," He answered her bluntly, and hefted a pack of supplies over his back. The faint beginnings of a grin could barely be seen on his face.
As he exited the escape pod, the planet's unforgiving cold was there to greet him, blowing tufts of snow across his cheek. Reaching into the pack he had brought, Jor pulled out another cloak -- this one thermal. He set the pack down momentarily and threw the cloak over his shoulders, lowering the cowl to cover his hair. Then he turned back to Lira.
"If you're going to live on Krownest, you'd best familiarize yourself with the landscape," He said to her. "The cold must be respected, or it will consume you the moment you cease to fear it. There's another thermal cloak in here for you."
He gestured down at the rucksack at their feet, and then moved to stand at her shoulder, leaning in close and pointing to the horizon.
"See that mountain? That's where we're headed."
