For the moment, Zee was content to let
Braze
lean on him as they got out of the way of the important business going on. "You think I haven't tried?" He asked with mild incredulity. "I know what I'm good at, when it comes to... that." As if to demonstrate the cosmic presence of the Force, Zee waved his hand vaguely in the air, wiggling his fingers in a mystic fashion. "Healing is one of the first things I tried my hand at, and I give it another try every so often - I don't have the knack for it." He explained sheepshly. "I can barely manage matukai, half the time."
Generally speaking, Zee had a fairly clear-eyed view of what he could and couldn't do most of the time. He was not an especially modest person by nature.
Glancing up briefly from his care to match eyes with

, Zee thanked her again with a small nod. "Happy hunting." He blessed hopefully. "And take care of yourself." Hopefully the woman wouldn't die chasing pirates. Even better, she might take some of them out without dying at all, and wouldn't that be a happy occasion? Today wasn't an especially good day for good outcomes, but who knew? He'd never run into illusions before, and he'd grossly underestimated how powerful they could be. It was hard to imagine that such a versatile ability would fail a resourceful wielder, and she certainly seemed to know her business.
Speculation aside, Zee guided Braze to somewhere he could sit down properly and offered him a drink. "You were the one who got her up and moving again, Braze." He promised, smirking. "I'm glad that I played a part in inspiring you, though. I'll take credit for that much. I can see it's important to you."
