APPEARANCE:
Niss is a slightly shorter than average Gand. His exoskeleton is a greenish color and his eyes were a lighter gray. He must always wear his breathmask when away from Gand.
BIOGRAPHY:
Niss is a fabled Gand Findsman. He has spent a majority of his life on the planet Gand among his own people. When he was in his twenty-second year a ship crashed on Gand killing all on board. Niss was sent to investigate and found that while the crew had perished the ship itself was in near working order. He also discovered in the utility bay a group of containers. Niss performed rituals inviting the mists of Gand to inform him what was in the crates. It turned out the crates contained samples required by a scientist to complete their life’s work.
Niss took on the duty of returning the crates to the scientist in place of the dead crew. As payment he took the ship and began a new career in the vast galaxy. Some said he was a bounty hunter, but he didn’t like the term. It had dishonorable connotations to it. Niss would not kill for credits. He did register with the hunter’s guild, however he lists himself as a recovery agent rather than a bounty hunter. His jobs include recovering kidnap victims and stolen property more often than a normal bounty hunter would take on.
